EXPERIENCE President, Complete Energy Savings, LLC, Program Manager, Custom Energy, LLC, Energy Consultant, Energy Savings Concepts, Inc., Program Trainer, Energy Masters International, Commander/Logistics Officer, United States Army November 2008 to Present: President, Designed and implemented client specific Energy Programs and trained Energy Managers for two major universities and two school districts while meeting or exceeding savings goals. Developed and implemented energy competitions between schools to encourage additional energy savings. Responsible for training energy managers to be fully self sufficient in performing their duties and meeting savings goals. Also responsible for identifying savings opportunities and capitalizing on those savings for clients. Results: Experienced double digit savings during competitions after executing performance contracts. One school district experienced $1.2MM in savings during the first five months of a totally human behavior program. March 2000 to November 2008: Program Manager, Led two Demand Side Rebate Programs for two separate utility companies. First, with Texas Utilities (TXU) and second with Long Island Power Authority (LIPA). Managed over $8MM in rebates between the two programs over a seven year period. Developed teams of trade allies that helped install building upgrades that qualified for rebates. Responsible for designing program, hiring local Program Managers and finding trade allies to participate in program. Also responsible for all rebate tracking and qualification of projects for utility company and internally with Custom Energy. Results: Earned just under $4MM for my company, $2MM of it in the last six months of the rebate program. Chosen as employee of the year for that accomplishment. September 1998 to March 2000: Energy Consultant, Developed business plan and started business for Energy Consulting Company. Responsible for directing the sales and implementation of numerous consulting contracts with multiple customers over a seven state area. Also responsible for training customers employees in energy saving behaviors. Results: I saved customers millions of dollars in energy savings and saved Bank One over $2MM in one year by simply changing human behaviors. September 1995 to September 1998:Program Trainer, Developed and managed new product line of training for national accounts. I trained energy managers for clients and developed Energy Awareness Program nation-wide. Tied Energy Awareness Program into Performance Contracting to develop a complete Energy Conservation Program. Trained customers maintenance, custodial, and administrative staff to recognize energy waste and how to change it into savings. Results: Utility cost reduction of millions of dollars for clients through behavior modification and Performance Contract implementation. Trained thousands of customer employees from East Coast to the West Coast. February 1982 to October 1996: Captain, US ARMY, Developed and implemented a logistics program for a new Military Intelligence Battalion. Responsible for ordering and maintaining a $400MM inventory of equipment. Trained and supervised eight logistics personnel. Responsible for mobilization of 400 soldiers and their equipment to war. As a Commander, was responsible for training and supervising 65 carpenters, plumbers, electricians and HVAC personnel. Results: Unit won the Army Area Command Supply Excellence Award and the ARCOM Maintenance Excellence Award. I personally was awarded the Army Commendation Medal for Outstanding Leadership and Managerial ability.

Also skilled in Sustainability, Energy Efficiency, BAS, Renewable Energy, HVAC, Wind, Solar, building and lighting audits, re-commissioning, energy policy, life cycle analysis, and program management.
