Company Information
The Noa Group is based in the Flatiron District of New York City. Our fleet of luxury vehicles services all boroughs and provides airport pick-up service. Our clientele is very vast and we ensure that their highest standards are met. With an ever-expanding company, we only hire the best employees that are available. Our mission is to serve the greater New York City area with prompt and professional car service.

DRIVER CONTRACT
1. The Noa Group will provide all drivers with 1099 tax forms and payment will be issued by check on a weekly basis. The Noa Group will provide all drivers with their first paycheck on the 2nd Friday after their start date. Following the first check, payment will be given every Friday thereafter. The Noa Group drivers are expected to be in uniform at all times (Black or dark colored suit, white shirt and tie). Additionally, the driver is expected to have good hygiene, including breath and body. Hair and beard must also be well groomed. A good overall appearance is mandatory. The Noa Group expects that all vehicles will be equipped daily with newspaper, bottled water and facial tissue. Also, vehicles exteriors and interiors must be kept clean at all times. The Noa Group respects the wishes and privacy requests of its customers. Please maintain a pleasant and professional attitude at all times. Be courteous, but wary of having personal conversations with customers. The Noa Group drivers are expected to obey and abide all traffic laws. Remember: there is no cell phone usage in the vehicles. The Noa Group drivers are responsible for any tickets received while operating the vehicle, such as: parking, moving violations and the toll authorities. The Noa Group drivers are responsible for any and all equipment pertaining to the job, such as the iPhone ($300) and vehicle due to car accident ($1000 accident deductible). If any equipment is damaged or lost the driver will be financially responsible to replace it out of the next 1-2 paychecks. The Noa Group drivers are expected to be punctual at the start of their shift or weekly pay will be docked accordingly.

***When on duty The Noa Group drivers should not leave the vehicle or the City (unless pertaining to work) even when he/she is not on a job. Weekly pay will be docked and subsequent penalties will follow. (This is being monitored by G.P.S.) All drivers are subject to random performance checks for quality assurance.

FINALLY THERE IS A TWO WEEKS NOTICE ON LEAVING THE COMPANY. IF NOT GIVEN YOUR LAST CHECK WILL BE FORFEITED.
