that guaranteed an eventual and total meltdown of the legacy OTC derivative fraud, which is still to come, as the means of the following; The Great Leveling (2014-16) [that Biden was talking about] = Bail-in plus even more massive stimulation program [resulting in] the demise of the western world economic middle class; The Great Reset (2016-20) = A product of the BRICS which the west will first oppose then adopt as their own idea. The new monetary system made up of 1) a virtual reserve currency 2) only traded by central banks 3) tied voluntarily to the value of central banks gold valued at market 4) by voluntary arrangement tied to a M3 of the western world M3 5) gold will have traded for 2 to 5 years emancipated from no-gold paper [which is reportedly leveraged around 100:1, meaning 100 parts paper gold to 1 part physical gold] as the price discovery mechanism. This is how our new billionaires and trillionaires will preserve their capital for ten generations to come because they have all the above ground physical gold, all of it, by hook or crook. Are you preparing for this transaction or are you going to be an accident of The Great Leveling of 2014-16? The elite do tell you ahead of time what they intend to do if you have ears to hear. (end Sinclair quote) Following along the lines of what Sinclair said, theres a theory saying the euro currency has been an experiment to weed out the bugs for a future one-world currency, which continued on next page

would eventually lead to a one-world government, most likely run through the United Nations (U.N.). First the U.S. petrodollar must fall from its sole world reserve currency status and becomes part of a seven-regional-reserve-currency arrangement that would include: the European Union euro for Europe; the Russian ruble for the former Union of Soviet Socialist Republics (U.S.S.R.) territories; the Chinese yuan for the Asians; the Aussie dollar for the South Pacific, Australia and Southern Africa; the Iraqi dinar for the Middle East and Northern Africa; the Brazilian real for South America; the U.S. dollar for North America. If things pan out as such, the world oligarchy would have successfully taken todays 182 currencies throughout the world and reduce them to just seven. Those seven would eventually be amalgamated into one supranational electronic currency run by an unelected, unrepresented, unaccountable central banking governing body where no one could buy or sell products or services without a central bank mark and dongle to activate a financial account (a dongle is a small device that plugs into a computer and serves as an adapter or as a security measure to enable the use of certain software). In a related matter concerning the mark and dongle, in the U.S. House of Representatives Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (a.k.a. Obamacare), passed March 21, 2010 and signed into law two days later by President Barack Obama , there is language saying the federal government will have real-time access to an individuals bank account and will have the authority to make electronic fund transfers from those accounts. This would be a bigtime bonanza for those in power as all they would have to do to squelch political opponents is drain their bank accounts to zero electronically with impunity. If anyone finds a movement to create a oneworld currency so hard to believe, consider what was on the front cover of the January 9, 1988 issue of the British magazine The Economist . The headline read Get ready for a world currency and showed a hawk standing on a pile of fiat currencies going up in flames, including a U.S. five-dollar bill. Around the hawks neck was a medallion and on it were the number 10 and the words Ten and Phoenix. The date on the medallion was 2018. The U.N. has been openly campaigning for a

new world reserve currency, issuing reports calling for an alternative to the U.S. dollar. A new global reserve system could be created, one that no longer relies on the United States dollar as the single major reserve currency, one U.N. report said. The International Monetary Fund (IMF) has done the same. In one report titled Reserve Accumulation and International Monetary Stability it proposed calling a future one-world global reserve currency the Bancor, the same supranationalcurrency name proposed by British economist John Maynard Keynes in July 1944 at the Bretton Woods International Monetary Conference in New Hampshire. A global currency, bancor, issued by a global central bank would be designed as a stable store of value that is not tied exclusively to the conditions of any particular economy, said the report (supplement 1, section V). As trade and finance continue to grow rapidly and global integration increases, the importance of this broader perspective is expected to continue growing. Another possible new world reserve currency is the IMFs Special Drawing Rights (SDR), a trading mechanism created in the early 1970s after the U.S. completely dumped the gold standard. It replaced gold as the way to conduct international trade between foreign governments. It could become world reserve currency through a combination of the U.S. dollar, the European Unions euro, the Japanese yen and the British pound. If China gets its way the yuan would also be a part of SDR. The way China has been rapidly accumulating physical gold it seems it would most likely get a seat at the SDR table. One can do an all-in wager the many aforementioned one-world currency scenarios will be discussed when the Global Sustainable Currency Summit: From Money Chaos to Global Currency, a satellite meeting of Euro-Asia Economic Forum, is held September 26-28, 2013 in Xian, China. This conference aims to show solutions how to overcome losses because of currency speculations and currency wars, economic crises due to budgetary shortcomings and currency problems, said the summits news release published earlier this year in March. And develop a harmonized currency
system without injustices to developing countries allowing a level-playing trade field for all [The Great Leveling of 2014-16 Sinclair was talking about eight paragraphs prior]. The topics of GSCS will cover currency issues, monetary policy, banking systems, economic interdependence and the possible merits of the creation of a global currency. (end GSCS quote) So how exactly does one prepare for a possible hyperinflation of the U.S. dollar? Hyperinflation Watch, Part 4 of 4, will be

The annual Big Dollar race and fundraiser dinner and auction closed out our season here in Malta this past weekend for PCMS HiLine Dragstrip. The 2013 racing season saw record numbers of competitors and visitors from all over the Northwestern US and Canada. A simple Thank You does not seem sufficient to express how grateful we are for not only our own communities support, but the support of our surrounding neighbors along the hiline and in Canada. Our army of volunteers worked tirelessly throughout the year. A huge Thank You goes out to each and every one of them. Thank you to the residents and the businesses of Malta for being such excellent hosts throughout the year. You have all become quite famous for your friendliness and your welcoming attitudes toward our visitors. Malta has been affectionately named The Little Town with the Big Track by our neighbors to the north. So we have adopted that label. Thank you to our contributors for this years 2013 Big Dollar Race and Fundraiser Dinner and Auction. If you see any of these people on the street or go into any of these businesses please say thank you because this is what keeps us going both as an organization, and as a community. To wrap up their racing season, Phillips County MotorSports held a banquet and a Big Dollar Race this past September 21st and 22nd. A total of 92 cars competed with cash payouts of over $1,200. Winning the Junior Dragster division was Blake Lloyd of Glasgow with Wolf Points Tyson Nelson placing second. A familiar name in the Junior Dragster Advance Class is Garrett Lloyd who placed first. As you may recall, Garrett won the Summit SuperSeries Division Final in Edmonton on August 16th, punching his ticket to Memphis, Tennessee in October for the Summit SuperSeries championship runoff. Scheduled for October 11 & 12, there is a little extra excitement involved: not only will Garrett be gunning for a national title (only 16 drivers qualify for this event out of over 4,000 junior dragsters across the country) he will also be celebrating his 13th birthday on October 12th. In the Big Dollar Box Class, Cal Cole of Glasgow placed first, and in the No Box Class, Ronald Stahl placed first.
