Vision

I encourage leaders, partnerships, and organizations to flourish by integrating their

stories and service with strategy and culture using communication, writing, and
storied systems design for a whole systems approach to publishing and consulting.

Mission

I encourage people with words and symbols. I provide quality and well-rounded
writing and editing services. I publish intermedia, writing, and photography. I
empower caregivers during transitions to develop heritage. I dialogue a heritage
theology as a foundation for circle work in ministry, groups, and congregations.

I serve as an ordained ecuminister across Christian traditions and interfaith groups. I

write about heritage theology, formation, and care in multiple genres. I research
systems anthropology, organizational well-being, leadership, communication, and
development, storied systems design, faith-based cross-sector social partnerships,
anthropology of spirituality, and writing with applied and interpretive approaches.

I coach leaders to align their story of vision and mission with strategy and practice. I
develop and consult partnerships and organizations with culture, communication, and
story. I facilitate compelling scale to unify teams, engage community leaders, and
engage groups to improve quality of life, to enhance well-being and morale, to
establish cultures that align ideals with a shared strategy, and to increase joy.
