That the DONOR is the absolute owner of that certain real property situated at Poblacion, Kisanday, Bukidnon and more particularly described in the Original Certificate of Title No. 007 issued by the Register of Deeds of Valencia City, Bukidnon, as follows: Original Certificate of Title No. 007 A parcel of land known as Lot 2-B, being a portion of Lot 2, situated in Poblacion, Kisanday, Bukidnon, containing an area of FIVE HUNDRED (500) SQUARE METERS, more or less. Bounded on the South by Lot 3; on the West by Lot 1; on the North by Lot 4; and on the East by Lot 5. That, for and in consideration of the heroic act of rescuing the DONOR from the MV St. Thomas Aquinas accident, the said DONOR by these presents cedeS, transfers, conveys, by way of donation inter vivos, unto said DONEE the real property above described, together with all the buildings and improvements existing thereon, free and clear of all liens and encumbrances; That the DONOR has reserved unto himself, in full ownership, other properties sufficient to support him in a manner appropriate to his station.
