Cornell Notes
A. Video on taking basic Cornell Notes
1. Piece of paper a) Fold it 1/3 of the way from the left (side with notes)

b) Open, perfect crease, run pen down crease leaving space at bottom for summary c) d) e) Title in top-left (name of book, chapter, lecture, etc.) About 4 lines from bottom, draw horizontal line for summary Left-side contains heading, keywords, or vocabulary words

f) Definitions go on the right side, notes do too. (Pictures, charts, diagrams, bullet points, outline, etc) g) Ask questions on Left (1) (2) (3) (4) h) Above Surface who, what, when, where Below Surface How, why 1 of each related to notes Answers go on right, directly related to question.

Summary (1) Write 5-7 important things from notes
