ON ENGAGING WITH ANY CITY TO BENEFIT FROM OUR BC-MMAR TRUST

PREAMBLE: We are now at the doorstep of an epic moment and there is a deafening silence from authority. I can only interpret this as a hostile act so be it. THIS SAID, On the understanding that i have to move on and press our position means you can do whatever you want with it. [which is nothing] In law it's impossible to stop our Pier trust and if you actually think you can then it's just the way it is [the stage is set for a rebellion to occur even if everyone agrees] Your very silence [total failure to communicate] implies that you agree to goose step to the Harpster - that's just the way it is. Let me stipulate what is our standard opening offer to any City as our terms of engagement , In the event that we get our trusts recognized, this Thanksgiving, means any city can accept /reject and/or negotiate with our Fiduciary on how you want this Co-op program implemented. In the event that any City only wants to negotiate with a Trustee means they can, but this requires retainers, and this will be explained in the customary first hour free format. My basic position is that anyone who is a donor under a Pure trust can benefit from being recognized as his own private individual. AND if the BAR thinks they're the only humans then that's their problem Under the Elections Act anyone over 18/19 who is his own Quadra Federal Agent can be responsible for consuming cannabis as medicine, [as opposed to a binge /abuse situation] Because of their BC-MMAR trust agent-status means they're responsible and therefore free, under virtually every civil defence known to man of Sec 8[3] CCC [for example] The very nature of what i'm undertaking was outlined in I Chin as lending a creative application to an existing archetypal form in order to effect a make-over, and a Pier trust [as back then] is a ways and means to achieve this, and in order to accommodate the Charter, medical access rights, Our BC-MMAR trust is offering a medical platform in order to administer the day to day administering of our federally recognized Pure Trust in any Province and any City in Canada This is accomplished by having nurses that work directly under our trust Resolvor, and in this way Our BC-MMAR trust actually have field agents for resolving any issue that arises from the dynamic nature of administering medical care to the members. There's an Association of very qualified Nurses that accepted the challenge of prescribing cannabis for harmacies, and the harmacies turned down the offer. These nurses are still prepared to undertake this responsibility, and why not when protected by a Pure trust. When you look at their training they are an ideal fit for the job of being compassionate. The only drawback to these nurses is that there are not enough of them. What is feasible tho is to [in BC's case] have 7 [or so] nurses coordinating /managing as the Resolvor's field agents [in Vancouver's case] one of these Nurses could quickly train/co-ordinate qualified field workers [from for example Coastal Health nurses] that have training to handle that 5% of members that can and do come into a dispensary who are stressed out. This is by definition a genuine harm reduction platform that's hard to refute, and good clubs do it every day AND for this reason protecting the texture and colour of what made this next step possible should be respected. In this way the dispensaries get professional caregivers, for the 5% [or so] of the members, who consume 60% of the nurse's time /attention because these members need support. This model offers a squeaky clean image that most conservative resisters would accept, and frankly it's a very good fix; it's not just a superficial band-aid solution As the fiduciary i must press a working and comprehensive solution for the thousands of growers nationwide that want to come clean [Scot Free] under a Pier trust AND that can't happen without liberating /easing of the standards in order to include their customers. - It's really hard to refute our solution of having nurses receive the members before going into the dispensary area itself, especially when each City gets to set the standard of being a member, in the first place. Our basic position is that: Any adult, who belongs to our 420 Quadra Federal Agency can have access to cannabis whether they are sick or not, as long as they uses it responsibly.

Frankly, that's what the Liqueur Board does, and that's what's being set up for the cannabis industry. As i see it: every City will be under pressure to accept basic screening of new members because they will be under pressure to approve Co-op occupational licences [for example] That will be relatively easy because old MMAR licensees will have to be Grand Fathered in. THIS SAID:

As a Fiduciary, i'm in the business of making deals with Cities.

We are offering a platform where by taking a 10% City sales tax, the City actually prescribes the terms that they interpret as fair in order to protect their voters' rights to reasonable access under the Charter [for example] - in Vancouver, their voters actually want our [over 19 years-old] standard. Any city can adopt our basic requirement of just needing to be a member in good standing as his 420 Quadra Federal Agent, as the standard, because they are covered by the Pure trust. ALSO any City, that accepts our trust offer to accept a 10% tax, can say that [for example] they require a member of such a dispensary, in their City, to visit a nurse that falls under the Resolvor's trust, before being qualified as a member. AND this would result where this agent would accommodate any reasonable City standard for achieving the goal of reasonable access to the medicine for the voters in that community. [consent of the governed] Under trust law 'the Resolvor' is a very powerful position, we get to pick these agents, not the City, we are picking from these Nurses that the harmaceutical industry rejected. [I Chin] As i see it: every City will be under pressure to accept basic screening of new members because they will be under pressure to approve Co-op occupational licences [for example] AND as a fiduciary [i don't like to say it but under trust i must say this] The Marijuana Party gave birth to a vessel that took over the MMAR trust. We, the BC-MMAR are actually the old vessel called MMAR, on this pond called Parliament. Our trust can and is happy to be doing business with the Marijuana Party of Canada. THIS SAID: any other vessel on this pond [in other words any EDA of any recognized Federal Party] can be a participating EDA in our Pure trust as the ORR [ORR - are recoverable funds against royalties. (i.e. sales royalties) in law, that means any EDA for the Liberal NDP etc can be an EDA under Our Quadra ED trust because 'Our BC-MMAR' trust/vessel is now at arm's length from the Marijuana Party As i see it: every City will be under pressure to accept basic screening of new Co-op ventures because they will have standing MPs wanting Co-op occupational licences [for example] Everyone agrees that the prohibition solution had to be done thru political means. [for example] Libby Davies could protect her VCC members because it's in her riding.

In my writings, i say we will not approve certain models /platforms for a dispensary and this includes the fact that we will not permit cannabis to be consumed in establishments, where alcohol is served IN FACT- the cannabis culture will insist on that rule in their Vapour Lounges [for example] Any City can do what it wants but our BC-MMAR trust is not 'ORR'ing any alcohol establishment, until the Liqueur Board says so [for example] [not likely] Basically when any City wants to do business outside our Pure trust means cannabis will be legal. IN OTHER WORDS this business went from being exclusively under a Co-op venture, into being a regular business venture AND that's the day full legalization occurs. [not tomorrow] AND in the end Our Cannabis Cultural Guild [under a Pure trust] will be the Essential Element in administered the Agricultural Fiduciary nature that is necessary in order to establish order. I simply cannot see how any City can ignore the need to recognize Our BC-MMAR trust, and frankly the one big victory of the old MMAR is that even the criminals have shown an ability to self regulate because the medical quality of the cannabis they are now growing in drastically improved since Dispensaries appeared,because of market pressures created by the MMAR.

BOTTOM LINE;

The Harpster is being taken to task [literally] All we are saying is give Peace a chance.

As i see it, it's about time.
