decision in Matter of B}gg, which has held tha1 there is no
comparable grounds of inadmissibility. The application 212(c},
which is a for of waiver for inadmissibility is unavailable to
the respondent. Therefore, the respondent in this case, since
there is no comparable ground, is not eligible for a 212(c). 10
QLLB OL Blake discusses that the two grounds may DB similar as
argued in K where there is a crime of moral turitude. There
md be some overlap but they are not comparable grounds
necessarily and in this case the respondent's crime fOr a lewd
act upon a child is a crime of child abuse, aggravated felony,
for which there is no comparable grounds of inadmissibility.
Though some of the inadmissibl e grounds for crimes of moral
turpitude may Dave some overlap, they are not the same.
Theefore, the respndent is ineligible for 212(c).
