F OREWORD FROM D IRECTOR

Bismillahirrahmanirrahim... Alhamdulillah, all praise is to the Almighty for the strength given to us, the executive committee to organize this grand project of PERUBATAN Alexandria Chapter which is the Alexandria PERUBATAN Seminar. For this years seminar, we aim to address quite unusual topic; magic and its interrelation with modern medicine. Thus, here we are trying to bring forward these two different yet outstanding professionals which are closely interconnected profession between medical doctors and Islamic healers from Darussyifa.

Since my first year in Alexandria, I have never missed the chance to join the seminars organized by PERUBATAN. My previous experience as participants and committee member give me the opportunity to appreciate the true nature of medical world. I am very glad to be appointed as the Director for the program because now I can directly involve in organizing an event that could bring great impact to the participants just like what I have experienced since 2009. Seeing the great feedback we received from previous seminars, it is our aspiration to try our best to promote and propose this program as it will serve with such promising advantages.

The future depends on what we do now I believe this is the first step toward better medical world in Malaysia. Therefore, I humbly invite you to join us in making better future Malaysian doctors. I, on the behalf of the PERUBATAN Alexandria Chapter and my committee members hope that upholding this seminar will become a reality and later on will benefit the participants as for them to be great doctors not only at knowledge and skills but also at heart. InshaAllah
