FINAL CHECKS AND PUTTING INTO SERVICE OF OMUS IFT VERTICAL LIFTING PLATFORM FOR DISABLED PERSONS
WARNING! when it is required to get into the pit, it is necessary to turn in advance the safety bar to its working position. WARNING! some activities require working with the control cabinet open and electrically live. WARNING! When it is required to work in the shaft head, it is necessary to first open the main switch IG placed in the controller and to set the upper safety bar to its working condition. When the shaft head is less than 2600 mm high, the safety bar abuts against the shaft ceiling before the highest landing is reached. This form constitutes documentation of conformity to the European Machine Directive 2006/42 for relationship between manufacturer and installer. LIFTING PLATFORM No. YEAR OF CONSTRUCTION RATED LOAD kg TRAVEL m NUMBER OF STOPS NUMBER OF LANDING DOORS NUMBER OF CARRIER ENTRANCES OWNER: Mr./Mrs. Street Town INSTALLER: Company Street Town Checks made on By as representative of the installer In the presence of:
The following checks are directed to verifying that the lifting platform was correctly assembled and that it complies with the European Machine Directive 2006/42. The numbering of the checks corresponds to that used in the assembly instructions (F17OAU4), where the methods for carrying out the checks and the requirements to be met are clearly indicated. The other reference documents for the checks are: - the design drawing with reference to the specific lift platform;
- instructions for the electrical section F17CAU4 and the electrical diagram D9Y0026;
- the hydraulic diagram DOMUS3; N.B.: in the present instructions and in the electrical diagram, the stops are referred to as 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 e 6 1 meaning the lowest stop; the numbering on the carrier pushbutton box may be different according to

the users requirements (i.e., -1, 0, ...). The checks required for the second carrier entrance and for landings 3, 4, 5 and 6 are not applicable to the lifting platforms, which do not include these facilities. Cancel the corresponding control boxes. When required, write the value observed during the test (pressure, distance, time); indicate with the sign + the differences in level of the carrier above the floor and with the sign - the difference in level under the floor.
