14. DESCRIPTION OF AMENDMENT/MODIFICATION (CONTINUED)

As such, please delete the following paragraph from the Section A cover letter:
“Interested Offerors are requested to notify the Contracting Officer in writing via e-mail of their intent to
respond no later than September 8, 2006, 5:00 pm Eastern Standard Time to the following e-mail address:
carrion.sonya@dol.gov. This non-binding letter of intent should include the company name, address, phone number,
e-mail address, and point of contact. Offeror questions, requests for reference materials and additional
information shall be submitted to the Contracting Officer in writing in accordance with Section L of the RFP
DOL069RP20266 and no later than September 22, 2006, 5:00 pm Eastern Standard Time. Technical and Business
proposals must be received by the U. S. Department of Labor, Office of the Assistant Secretary for
Administration and Management, Office of Procurement Services, N-5416 200 Constitution Avenue, NW, Washington,
DC, 20210-0001, no later than November 13, 2006, 5:00 pm Eastern Standard Time.”

And substitute the following:


“Interested Offerors are requested to notify the Contracting Officer in writing via e-mail of their intent to
respond no later than September 8, 2006, 5:00 pm Eastern Standard Time to the following e-mail address:

materials submitted after September 30, 2006 shall be directed to Paula Sheelor at Sheelor.Paula@dol.gov.
Technical and Business proposals must be received by the U. S. Department of Labor, Office of the Assistant
Secretary for Administration and Management, Office of Procurement Services, N-5416 200 Constitution Avenue, NW,
Washington, DC, 20210-0001, no later than November 13, 2006, 5:00 pm Eastern Standard Time.”

Similarly, please delete the following Section L.11 of the RFP:


L.11 REFERENCE MATERIALS

“A list of all materials available in the reference library is in Attachment H of this RFP. Attachment H will
not be included in the RFP solicitation package, but will be available to Offerors upon request. Offerors
wishing to review these materials should submit a written request to the Contracting Officer with a verification
of their intent to submit responsive proposals. Attachment H will be delivered in a separate CD ROM.”

And replace with the following:


L.11 REFERENCE MATERIALS

not be included in the RFP solicitation package, but will be available to Offerors upon request. Offerors

Additionally, please delete the following Section L.12 of the RFP:

L.12 Request for Clarification

specifications, etc. are to be referred only to Eric Vogt (the contracting officer) at the address presented in
the cover letter. All questions shall be received by the contracting officer no later than 5:00 P.M. Eastern
Standard Time on September 22, 2006. The Government will respond to all questions in writing, and shall
distribute its responses to all organizations who have submitted a Notice of Intent to the Procurement Services
Center at the address specified.”

And substitute the following:
