2013 EXECUTIVE BOARD

Grace and peace family and friends, Many of you have been reading my testimonies on Facebook and Twitter, observing my Through Grace by faith-walk up close or from a distance or hearing my direct reports. At this time, I am blessed, honored and extremely excited for the opportunity to officially introduce my new ministry to you: Mission Aliyah International Inc., NFP; The Premiere Leadership and Mentorship initiative for young girls ages 11 to 16 ~ Setting the standard for the rise to excellence in every young girls life Listen to this rather than hosting a capital-raising breakfast, luncheon or dinner banquet to introduce this new ministry endeavor, God has led me to get out of the boat NOW and step into the core purpose of serving and ministering to these young girls. Subsequentially, I have been given the first ministry assignment of hosting the inaugural event: The 2013 Purity is Popular Leadership Summit, taking place Friday, October 25 thru Sunday, October 27, 2013. God has instructed me to expect 100 girls or more and that is where my faith is set. A couple of weeks ago, the Lord instructed me to remove the required registration fee from the Summit so that NO girl would be blocked from attending. I did. Later, I was inspired by Pauls words written in Philippians 4:10-13: 10 I rejoiced greatly in the Lord that at last you renewed your concern for me. Indeed, you were concerned, but you had no opportunity to show it. 11 I am not saying this because I am in need, for I have learned to be content whatever the circumstances. 12 I know what it is to be in need, and I know what it is to have plenty. I have learned the secret of being content in any and every situation, whether well fed or hungry, whether living in plenty or in want. 13 I can do all this through him who gives me strength. I trust that verse 19 of Philippians 4 will fan the flames of Grace within you as it has within me: 9 And my God will meet all your needs according to the riches of his glory in Christ Jesus. For those of you who have inquired as to how you could assist and be a blessing towards these young girls, heres your opportunity instead of paying for a banquet ticket, you may 1) sow your time as an Accountability Leader or Volunteer at the Summit, 2) sow your financial seed of $25 or whatever God places on your heart* [by clicking the thermometer to the left] and/or 3) pray the attached faith-filled prayer with us as the Holy Spirit leads you. This letter and the contents herein were not my idea, but a God Idea, therefore, I come against every desolate, orphan spirit of fear, rejection, abandonment, poverty and lack and I declare an hundredfold return to you and your family for your giving. The Word of God is full in my heart and I am fully persuaded to finish my course strong and with an excellent spirit. THE CONCEPTION OF MISSION ALIYAH INTERNATIONAL By Minister Linda Howard

In 2009, I found myself face-to-face with what I formerly describe as a dilemma, but now clearly see was an opportunity and honor placed in my possession by God to exalt His name; bring Him all the glory. In June 2009, as the days of my daughter Mariahs 16 th birthday quickly approached, I felt the pressures of history; tradition, worldly expectations and not to mention financial responsibilities, bearing down upon me. Finally, I was prompted by Holy Spirit to take deep and pure consideration of how God would have me to commemorate; mark the occasion of Mariahs 16th birthday. As one who confesses to be somewhat of a Berean: one who searches the scriptures and receives the Word with all readiness of mind (Acts 17:11KJV), I was prompted to search out the truth about the number 16. Why, historically and even in our modern society was so much emphasis being placed on this particular birthday. What I found was fascinating and yes, Im writing a book on the full extent of my findings so stay tuned. Long story short, this journey was the means to a wonderful end and the beginning simultaneously. This was the planting of the seed for the future birth of one of the ministries entrusted to me by God - Mission Aliyah International Inc., NFP. To provide you with a little more insight, in my search, I was led to read to the first chapter of Luke specifically Luke 1:39: And Mary arose in those days, and went into the hill country with haste, into a city of Juda Soon after, I was led to look up the Hebrew word for going up and/or to go up and thats how I was reacquainted with: ALIYAH. When I looked up this Hebrew word, I discovered the following: Strongs Concordance 5927/Transliterated Word: alah, pronounced: Uh-LEE-uh; Ah-lee-AH. The spiritual meaning of the word Aliyah: to ascend, go up, something lofty, a stairway, going up, grow up - spiritually in a deeper knowledge and understanding of God (than you previously knew of Him), by climbing a spiritual ladder accomplished by living a life-style of faith in God. Other definitions are: 1) Going up to read from the Torah (or reciting a blessing over the reading) during services, which is considered an honor (generally referred to in English as having or getting an ALIYAH and pronounced uh-LEE-uh) and 2) Immigrating to Israel (generally referred to in English as making ALIYAH and pronounced ahlee-AH). Jews who immigrate to Israel from any other country in the world are said to be making "ALIYAH" to Israel. They are "ascending." Though originally birthed as a Going up; Aliyah Ceremony" (a celebration of maturity: spirit, soul and body, for my 16 year old daughter), Mission Aliyah International Inc., NFP has been reconfigured and expanded into a five year faith-based, maximum impact leadership and mentorship initiative focused on nurturing young girls (Scholars) - ages 11 to 16 (one of the most critical and influential periods of their lives), by-way of providing assistance in developing and expanding the platform from which they will be empowered and prepared to launch forth into their God-ordained destinies: Spiritually, Socially and Physically. Mission Aliyah International Inc., NFP has been designed to partner with each Scholar as she matures, to attain a higher understanding of and relationship with God while simultaneously delving deeper into discovering how her faith relates to every path of her destiny. The Mission Aliyah International initiative culminates with each Scholar - upon reaching the age of 16, being celebrated in an ALIYAH (Ascending; Going-up) ceremony expressly created for her; that

includes a Proving1, Vow of Purity2 and Feet Washing Ceremony3 attended by her mother, father and chosen Elizabeth(s) [spiritual leaders, teachers & mentors]. In addition to various reading materials and workbook assignments, Mission Aliyah International will endeavor to go to great heights to provide opportunities for faith-works demonstrations; concept applications - via regularly scheduled instructional meetings (Summits), and a plethora of instructional/learning tracks such as 1) Spiritual Identity; covering teachings and edification that will lay the foundation for discovering her true identity, spiritual gifts and talents with simultaneous development of Godly leadership skills - highlighting and fortifying the purpose of purity. 2) Social Pathways; which includes etiquette classes and required field trips, plus workshops such as: How to stand when it looks like your standing alone and then 3) Physical Posture; utilized to lay the foundation for international missions via local missions & mandatory community service hours. This track also includes introductions to or elevation in golf, chess, martial arts etc and even visits to corporate/industry sites that are congruent to each Scholar's destiny such as local medical learning centers, law firms, aviation schools, the Financial Stock Exchange, architectural & engineering companies and culinary schools just to name a few. Mission Aliyah International Inc., NFP happily looks forward to partnering with each parent, guardian or primary care-giver to prepare and present to the world the precious gems that lay deep within each Scholar so that she walks effortlessly into her destiny manifesting the best of God in her life for the service of others.

Father, In Jesus name, we thank you for your Word that you sent to heal us. Thank you for enabling us to walk by faith and not by sight; circumspectly to your Word, so that we have power to get wealth (spiritual and natural) to establish your covenant in this earth. Father, your Word says that you know the plans that you have made for us. Therefore, we confess that we have revelation knowledge, wisdom and understanding of the good plans that you have ordained for the establishment of Mission Aliyah International Inc., NFP Father we thank you that the Ministry Gifts, Board Members, Scholars, individuals, organizations and colaborers connected to the planting, maintenance and perpetual existence of Mission Aliyah International Inc., NFP are anointed and appointed by you, and that Mission Aliyah International Inc., NFP prospers as a testimony of your glory in this earth. Father, by the authority that you have given to us in the name of Jesus, we dispatch the Angel of the LORD, every warring angel and the heavenly hosts to war and win every battle on behalf of Mission Aliyah International Inc., NFP. We call forth anointed intercessors to stay on the wall, praying without ceasing to bind and loose on earth what has already been bound and loosed in heaven concerning Mission Aliyah International Inc., NFP and all related endeavors. Father, because you are not the author of confusion, all transactions, activities, functions and ceremonies associated (directly or indirectly), with Mission Aliyah International Inc., NFP will be executed according to Your will; in decency and in order. We thank you in advance, that all travel to and from appointed destinations, meetings, outings, special events and gatherings will be covered by the blood of Jesus and that the atmosphere will be saturated by your peace because Jesus is the Prince of Peace. Father, thank you for your sustaining GRACE that causes Mission Aliyah International Inc., NFP to retain its integrity and intended purpose to assist in developing and expanding the platform from which young Girls will be empowered and prepared to launch forth into their God-given destinies: Spiritually, Socially and Physically; ultimately, to train up each student in the way that they should go, so that when they are old they will not depart from You in the matchless name of Jesus.
