Main activities and responsibilities

The base fuction is mechanic and . stoker =Maintenance

-Pressure steam engine

My responsibility is the maintenance and supervision the performance: Ensures efficient and continual functioning of all machinery and equipment including: -drilling equipment -mud pumps -Pneumatic and hydraulic systems - engines - air compressors - hull and deck machinery - portable water and sewage treatment systems - drill water manifold and pumps - bilge system - fire pumps - centrifugal and auxiliary and staging pumps - crane -diesel generator emergenty - water injection pumps- water maker -fire water diesel pump - jockey pumps- potable water pumps -Changing manual ball valves on the crude oil export line, changing flange seals on crude oil export line and water injection line, Monitors fuel transfer to/from rig Supervises taking on water and diesel. all repairs and maintenance, the function and the major overhaul of the equipment and engines. I'm also taking care of the fuel transfers and the productions of fresh water from sea water. I performs all duties in accordance with the Permit to Work System and Safety procedures. Performed current and capital repairs of static equipment: heat exchangers, columns, tanks, high pressure vessels, pipes, etc. ; Hydro test of high-pressure piping /equipment for petrochemical industry / pipelines; Performed repairs of fittings , valves and safety valves Issuing reports on necessary materials and spare parts
