In recent years, the issue of sexual harassment is still a major problem in workplace.This is because of the influence of power, the law does not specifically mention sexual harassment and lack of action taken by victims.

Hopefully, the Government will draft a comprehensive legislation will soon become a reality. Such a law will at least be a starting point for a long term battle against sexual harassment in the workplace.
