The Wisconsin Employment Relations Commission will be conducting a secret ballot election to determine whether 51 % of the employees of the De Pere School District in an existing teacher bargaining unit want to continue to be represented by the De Pere Education Association for the purposes of collective bargaining. The election will be conducted telephonically with the assistance of the American Arbitration Association (AAA) - a nationally recognized neutral organization committed to conducting a fair election. You may vote any time between noon Friday, November 1, 2013 and noon Thursday, November 21, 2013. You cannot change your vote after it is cast. When the voting period ends, the AAA will provide the Commission with the results of the election and the names of those who voted and the Commission will, in turn, provide the results and names to the Employer and the Union.
