Neil, heres the 6wk and 6mth layouts for 6 week ive used 2 filters - "xxx 6 week look ahead_1" & "xxx 6 week look ahead wbs" one filter defines date range other filter defines the WBS's to be used i.e. milestones>common, common>construction, Utilities>civil earthworks & Concrete Note: these are the ONLY wbs's to be applied for 6 Month ive used again two filters - "xxx 6 month look ahead_1" & "xxx 6 month look ahead user text 11" ive used column "user text 11" (6m) to tag all activities to be filtered within the next 6 mths to align to current construction strategy therefore if you add any additional activities tag them with "6m" in field "user text 11" dont worry about Area 41 & additional activities in Area 40 i know if we run the 6mth lookahead without user text 11, it we show additional work areas at time now, i wouldnt worry about this until we get new access dates off client then we can reschedule. For now just include filter "xxx 6 month look ahead user text 11" to resolve the issue

Also note Neil CURRENTLY for area 41 & 45 construction will not commerce until 1st April (outside the 6mth lookahead)... the current strategy is below and the lookaheads will only reflect this Completion of flycamp - incl additional 56 beds - Sept/Oct. Completion of Phase 1- Construction Camp (840 Beds) - March Setting up of Temp facilities and laydown areas - Sept-Mar Test piling in utilities area - Nov. foundation piling in utilities area - Nov/Dec. Formwork & concrete pouring of foundations in utilities area - Jan/Feb.

Updating: for the purposes of updating (remember use the current Rev E version of the project programme) Send a pdf copy of this weeks 6wk lookahead only to site (i'll send you a template) Friday morning...asking them to update and send back by monday afternoon for you to update as soon as. if you don't get any response from site dont wait, just issue along with the 6 month lookahead... to Brisbane document control (Stamatia Validakis) to store in Idocs and distribute.. In the meantime you can use the kentz weekly report & site daily report to update 6 week lookahead. and remember to schedule the programme on another week to reflect the data date = to monday for that week. Please note you must send to Idocs (Stamatia Validakis) by Monday
