Toby J. Labier Potsdam Criminal Nuisance 2nd Disorderly Conduct Lawrence Avenue Elementary School State NY

Returnable in Potsdam Village Court on 10/11/2013 at 08:30am Today at about 9:15 am an incident took place at the Lawrence Avenue Elementary School which lead to the school to go into lock out. During a meeting with the principal of the building, Toby J. Labier became angry and uttered the statement You wonder why people come into school and shoot things up. The defendant then left the building. Potsdam Police Department was contacted and informed of the incident. The Potsdam Police Department was able to locate the defendant with the assistance of the New York State Police. Potsdam Police Officers placed the defendant under arrest for the above listed charges. As a result of the incident the Elementary School was in lockout for about 45 minutes. At no time during the incident or subsequent police investigation were any of the students or staff injured. Once the lock-out was ended, the school returned to normal operations.
