HSE Department was formed in the year 2003 to provide professional HSE services to our in
house divisions for various industry verticals. The growing awareness in the field of HSE & more
stringent HSE laws created a breakthrough opening to relook into our strategic policies, &
decisions in the way we manage our businesses. Its indeed vital & essential to build our
capabilities to meet the client requirements & to give a cutting edge over our competitors.

Ever since under the able guidance of Mr.Syed Saladin MD of ETA ASCON STAR GROUP, The
division is undergoing constant changes in the field of Managing risk, safety, Occupational
Health, Safety & Environment by adopting International Standards, Best Practices, Technological
options. Today it has employed over 140 Qualified HSE Professionals who holds various
qualifications in various Engineering disciplines. They are further groomed through CPD
(Continual Professional development Program) which includes International qualifications like
(NEBOSH, CITB,IOSH).

HSE division now on SAP –EHS a premium software used worldwide to monitor & record HSE
Activities across divisions. HSE division has specialized its expertise in the following areas, (i)

HSE Division is lead by Mr.Kamarajan GM-HSE supported by Managers for different divisions
across ETA operations around the globe. Proactive Monitoring of HSE objectives & Continual
Improvements in our Services are key fundamentals elements which is leading the division to
scale new heights.
