Okay, so I guess what I’m asking is if your agency even investigates fraud. If so, I believe the SOL is still intact but if it
isn’t can you still investigator the company even if it’s not directly on my behalf because they are still doing this to people.

Hey Julie,

I sent this before I saw your message.

Would you please tell me what statute of limitations you’re referring to? Because if it’s for fraud, the fraud was not
discovered until after 4/12/07 which is the date that Cingular filed it’s motion for summary judgment. Their intentions,
which was that they never intended to allow Aegis or anyone else to operator as anything other than their at-will
employee is stated in their sworn testimony which as I mentioned occurred within the last two years.

I didn’t contact the DOL to rehash what has already been litigated. I contacted the agency because we discovered, during
the course of litigation, that they are entering into these contracts with the full intent of violating state and federal laws
governing the rights of independent contractors.

Mari,

As I explained, we cannot take any action on your complaint because the statute of limitations has tolled. You would
always have the right to private legal action.

Julie

Hey Julie,

I also left you a telephone message in which I explained I had spoken to Marsha Holt with the WA Department of Labor
and Industries. She’s with the Significant Employers Case group which files criminal charges against offenders. She
explained to me that the request to pursue this option has to come from within. I can’t find the reference at this moment
but I’m pretty sure they listed the Department of Labor as one of the agencies they work with (I know they listed the IRS).
So I thought that if no one at LNI wanted to make the request that maybe your agency could.

My number again is Thanks.
