The Business Configuration Set (BC Set) CSC_ID_CASH_FLOW contains a sample configuration of cash flow statement with direct

method for Indonesia. If you activate this BC Set, you will see cash flow version ID01, which you can access via Transaction J3RFF4V (Define Cash Flow Statement Version) or its corresponding IMG path. Cash flow version ID01 is based on the chart of accounts INT. This is a sample version only to show how to configure a cash flow statement version. You need to create your own version based on the chart of accounts that you use, and adjust the cash flow items and their account assignment according to your requirements. Below are some tips on how to configure a cash flow version: o The cash flow items are structured in a tree. The lowest level items contain the account assignment. The higher level items contain the total of its lower level items. For example, the item 200 'Operating Activities' contains the total of the items 110 - 190. The item numbering does not influence the summing of the totals/subtotals. However, in the report output, the item numbering does influence the order in which the item is listed. For example, the item 200 'Operating Activities' is output after all its lower level items (items 110 - 190). Items that do not need to be output in the report need to be flagged as 'Do not display' in the item Property. For example, items 112, 114, and 119. These items are usually required for calculating and for summing the total of its higher level item. Items containing account assignment that read 'credit transactions' need to have the flag 'Change +/- Assignment' in the item Property so their values will be shown as negative. This is not just for display purposes, but also to influence the total. For example, items 132, 134, 136, 138, and 139. If required, you can further filter the account assignment by assigning additional parameters. These parameters correspond to the fields in the table BSEG. For example: item 132 (Payment of invoices (RM GR/IR)) contains an additional attribute that checks that the field MATNR is not empty. To show the comparison of previous year, you need to set 'Two columns' in the item section Property. This should be set already on the first item in the tree and the subsequent items, unless 'Continue' is flagged for the item. Items that do not need to be output on its own section should be flagged as 'Continue' in the item section Property.
