Learning how to touch the breathand merge with the CranioSacral wave of others and help them to experience from inside theBreath of Meditation. j Very soft and subtle hand positions for healing and watching inside on the Head, Face, and whole body. The experienced Breath and the CranioSacral wave within are our deepest physical connection with our essential being, or Soul. These natural occurring, rhythmic body processes, are seldom consciously experienced, so we miss the possibilityand benefitsof utilizing them for health, healing, meditation, well-being, and expanded inner consciousness. Taken together, as a moment-to-moment organic unity, we call these 2 processes the Breath of Meditation. In Anashas words,this divine gift is your anchor. It is The One that never leaves you, is always there for you when needed, it always brings you into the present moment, and it will be your intimate companion until you leave your body. We want to takeyoudeeply into the mystery of the natural life-force and healing potential of these involuntary body rhythms. But the human sensitivity and inner consciousness have no limitations... with this foundation, we can then go even deeper into the mystery of the Human Energy Field with the Breath of Meditation and the CranioSacral Tides as our guides. With the ARUN approach, you will learn how to move and harmonize each part of the skeleton (over 200 bones!) and how to re-energize and balance the subtle interplay between muscles, bones, nerves, fluids, hormones, the mind, and our inner awareness. This we call Buddha- Bones or Osteo-Awareness.

While learning to give a full session of ARUN Thai Yoga Massage, your hands will learn how to sense the subtle electro-magnetic frequencies flowing inside as well as what are called Energy Lines, Chakras, or Hara Awareness- and how to deliver sensitive vibrational messages inwards to help awaken the vital energy awareness of the one you are touching. The 3 Inner Treasures enable your Hands to listen and respond to the part of the body that they are contacting in an intimate way (Bone- Whispering). With this new sensitivity, the hands then learn how to give healing pressures and stretches into the body... feeling from the surface into the depths of the connective tissues where the dormant and unconscious life energy is waiting to expand and let-go of its tension. In these days together, we will be looking at, and experiencing, what it means to become minutely conscious of these body rhythms; how to be alert, present, but not involved; and by putting all our attention within- listening, seeing, sensing, feeling- always attentive to any change. We allow the Breath of Meditation to come; we let the breath go; and we wait until it comes back by itself This sounds very easy, but in reality, it takes a lot of practice. It is also an inner discipline that requires a lot of trust, awareness,and love of yourself, without trying to change anything! This space is the foundation of authentic meditation.

In the insight of Dr Randolph Stone, the mystical founder of Polarity Therapy, The lifebreath or prana current moves in the cerebrospinal fluid conductor to all tissue cells and communicates with other internal secretions and body fluids, like aliving, cosmic breath. Your own experiencing and witnessing of this Breath inside will be the key. The more in touchyou are with the subtle movements of the breath, cerebrospinal fluid, and flow of pranainside of you, the easier it will be to feel it in others and give more meaningful sessions. Every day we will be focusing on a specific method of touching, according to Breathing, CranioSacral, and Buddha Bones principles (Air and Fluid Breathing). Throughout the learning process we incorporate guided inner awareness methods with Living Anatomy instructions to help see and sense the Body, Brain, and Consciousness more clearly, from within. The sessions will be guided, with equal time and emphasis devoted to giving and receiving. This Advanced ARUN Course will have the quality of a Meditation Camp, and is a healing and transformative process in itself. It is designed to positively enhance the quality of your touch and deepen your Meditation. If you give sessions, classes, or groups, you will be able to integrate this new experience in your work.
