Asphalt Works ( Road Ways & Parking Area ) Asphalt Layers (70 mm Asphalt Wearing coarse fine aggregate + sprayed liquid Asphalt + 150 mm BASE COURSE compacted with water & roller 95 to 100% compaction PROCTOR STANDARD TEST + 300 mm SUB BASE A4-2 95 to 100% compaction). 2 Layers each 300 mm SUB GRADE 95% compaction. BUILDING WORKS CONCRETE WORKS Lean concrete 50mm thk below isolated footing and grade beam, FC:2500psi. Reinforced concrete isolated footing, FC: 4500 psi. Reinforced concrete pedestal, FC: 4500 psi. Reinforced concrete columns, FC: 4500 psi. Reinforced concrete grade beam, FC: 4500 psi. Reinforced concrete grade slab including slab thickening, FC: 4500 psi Reinforced concrete for beams (drop & hidden) of roof Hordi slab, FC: 4500 psi Reinforced concrete for Hordi slab/ribs for roof, FC: 4500 psi Reinforced concrete for cantilever slab & HVAC pad, FC: 4500 psi.
