Aurangabad Tool Room Assembly Section(25 July 2010 -22 Feb2011) Role: Tool Maker(GET) Responsibilities: o Planning of Mould manufacturing. o Issuing Mould Design from Design Dept. with 2D o Study of Mould Design, If there is any doubt then discuss with Designer o Planning of job on machining. o Move the job to machine shop as per plan And check the job after machining. o After machining take spotting of mould. o Make total assembly and forward it to PMS for T1. Projects: o CTV (Front Cover AS07, Back Cover) o D2H (Anchor, LNB Holder) o Washing Machine (Spin Tub) o Refrigerator ( Front Panel) o VIL (Bracket Card Guide) Videocon Industries Ltd. Aurangabad Tool Room Design Dept. (22 Feb 2011 -Present) Role: Design Engineer. Responsibilities: o Preparing component 2D for calculating Mould size and give it to Planning Dept. o I Receive Core and Cavity from senior Designer and from this model the design other parts such as Ejector plate, Back plate, Core holder o Preparing Mould parts 2D for tool maker and machine shop. o Extracting Electrode from Core and Cavity and modeling it as per machining requirement. o Planning of Electrode for Machining and EDM o As per Electrode planning sheet move model to CAM, Ellapse programmer o If there is any problem to CAM programmer regarding to model solve it o Prepare 2D for Sparking
