agreed to let out the lease held premises mentioned in above said Para No. 5 to the lessee second party for a period of Eleven Months with effect from 01st September 2013 at the monthly rent of Rs. 16000- (Rupees Sixteen thousand only) payable on the seven day of each month in advance on the following terms and conditions:-

1. That the lessee agrees to take the aforesaid premises for the period of Eleven months from 1st September 2013 on a rent of Rs. Rs. 16000/- (Rupees Sixteen thousand only) excluding maintenance and other Society charges.. 2. Running electricity bill & other society charges shall be payable by Issued as per applicable rule. 3. That lessee will start from 1st September 2007 and continue up to Eleven months unless it is terminated before the said period in accordance with law . 4. That the lessee shall use the premises exclusively for t h e Residential Purpose and he shall not sub-let the premises. In case of subletting The Premises, lessee is liable to be evicted immediately.
