Dear Sorors, Amicae and Youth, It is with great pleasure that I invite you to attend the 55th Ohio State Leadership Conference, held on October 25th -26th, 2013. This years' conference will be a great celebration of 55 years of service as the State of Ohio Organization. The conference will be held in the northern Cincinnati, Ohio area. Our national theme Building on the Principles of Zeta While Blazing New Paths is continuing to drive the direction of the sorority on all levels. If the progress Zeta has made in the past year is any indicator, then we are well on our way to many great things in our communities and nationwide. The gracious hosts for the 2013 OSO Leadership Conference are the sorors from the Beta Zeta Zeta Chapter, Cincinnati, OH. They are very excited to host and have been working to make this an exciting and beneficial conference. There are workshops planned on Friday evening that will provide information that you can use in your chapters and communities. Due to the revisions in the Membership Intake Process, MIP Certification will be held on Saturday afternoon. We have an aggressive agenda for Zetas and an exciting one for our Amicae and our Youth! The 55th OSO Leadership Conference will be held at the Cincinnati Marriott Northeast. Please see the enclosed registration, conference and hotel information for more details. We look forward to seeing the blue & white family the 4th weekend in October.

Zetas wishing to attend the Membership Intake Process certification Saturday October 26, 2013, will need to mark it on the registration form and include an additional $20 with your conference registration fee. Please see the Registration Form for additional information.

HOTEL INFORMATION
Hotel accommodations are available at a group rate at the Marriott Cincinnati Northeast, 9664 S Mason Montgomery Rd Mason, Ohio 45040, telephone number (888) 236 2427., which is the host site for the OSO 2013 Leadership Conference. Room Rates: Two Queen Non-Smoking Beds or One King Non-Smoking Bed (Rates are subject to state and local taxes 12.5%) $119.00/night

Registration Times: Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. Check-out is 12:00 p.m. Early check in / late check-out can be requested, but is not guaranteed. Reservations: The hotel has requested that all reservations be made on or before October 3, 2013 to be guaranteed this rate in the conference group block. To phone in your reservation call (888) 236 2427, and state that you are with Zeta Phi Beta in order to receive the group room rate. Link and code are forthcoming. Cancellation Policy: If your reservation needs to be cancelled, the hotel must be notified by 6:00pm on Friday October 25, 2013 or you will be responsible for the first nights room + tax charges.

Zeta of the Year & Amicae of the Year: Each chapter/auxiliary should take time to nominate a Soror

and/or Amica you feel has been outstanding and has worked hard for our precious sorority. Three awards (Graduate, Undergraduate, Amicae) will be awarded in the Closing Session. Now is the time to reward them for the work they have done in Ohio. Send all nomination forms to the State Director.

Chapter Awards & Merit: The following awards will be awarded at the Closing Session:
