The United States Government shall make no laws restricting the sexual or
social orientation of its’ citizens in matters of speech, assembly, religious
beliefs, press, or any other rights afforded its’ citizens as a whole.

Fourth Amendment –
The United States Government and Congress have a civil, social, and moral
obligation to protect its’ citizens of Alternative Sexual or Social Orientation
from any laws enacted by states which restrict the basic rights of said citizens.
Fifth Amendment –
There shall be no laws enacted that in any way create segregation of citizens
of Alternative Sexual or Social Orientation from any areas of life such as
housing, employment, social interaction or marriage.

Ninth Amendment –
All citizens of Alternative Sexual or Social Orientation shall have the same
God given right to marriage as other citizens. This shall eliminate any
restrictions set forth in civil union legislations enacted by states. The United
States Government shall establish legislation to reinforce rights of marriage as
set forth by the constitution.
Tenth Amendment –
The powers not delegated to the United State by the constitution, nor
prohibited by it to the states regarding any or all matters concerning the rights
of Alternative Sexual or Social Orientation, are reserved to the states and to the
people as long as they adhere to the guidelines set forth by The United States
Constitution. No state shall be allowed to enact any law contrary to The
Constitution of The United States, especially if it, in any way restricts the
basic rights of any of its’ citizens.
