First Amendment –

The United States Government shall make no laws restricting the sexual or
social orientation of its’ citizens in matters of speech, assembly, religious
beliefs, press, or any other rights afforded its’ citizens as a whole.

Second Amendment –

Retaliation or discrimination in any form towards citizens of Alternative


Lifestyles ( Gay, Lesbian, Bi-sexual, or Transgendered) shall not be tolerated and
eradicated through legislative or legal means.

Third Amendment –

No soldier, at any time, shall be discriminated against or acted upon


unjustly, solely because of his sexual or social orientation. Laws already
governing this matter shall be strictly enforced.

Fourth Amendment –

The United States Government and Congress have a civil, social, and moral
obligation to protect its’ citizens of Alternative Sexual or Social Orientation
from any laws enacted by states which restrict the basic rights of said citizens.

Fifth Amendment –

There shall be no laws enacted that in any way create segregation of citizens
of Alternative Sexual or Social Orientation from any areas of life such as
housing, employment, social interaction or marriage.

Sixth Amendment –

Citizens of Alternative Sexual or Social Orientation shall be afforded the


same legal rights as other citizens in any legal matters such as due process,
trial by jury, rights of the accused, right to counsel, will or probate matters,
spousal rights, and fair treatment under the common laws of The United States.

Seventh Amendment –

Citizens of Alternative Sexual or Social Orientation shall be heard fairly


and openly on matters of discrimination of any form, but especially when physical
harm has been afflicted. Persons committing such acts shall be prosecuted under
the “Hate Crimes” statutes established by The United States Government.

Eighth Amendment –

The United States Government shall have an obligation to its’ citizens of


Alternative Sexual or Social Orientation to protect them in matters of social
unrest or violence of any nature. Laws governing these matters shall be strictly
enforced and harsh punishments shall be given to those citizens who choose to
commit such actions. The United States Government must be held accountable if such
actions are allowed to persist.

Ninth Amendment –

All citizens of Alternative Sexual or Social Orientation shall have the same
God given right to marriage as other citizens. This shall eliminate any
restrictions set forth in civil union legislations enacted by states. The United
States Government shall establish legislation to reinforce rights of marriage as
set forth by the constitution.

Tenth Amendment –

The powers not delegated to the United State by the constitution, nor
prohibited by it to the states regarding any or all matters concerning the rights
of Alternative Sexual or Social Orientation, are reserved to the states and to the
people as long as they adhere to the guidelines set forth by The United States
Constitution. No state shall be allowed to enact any law contrary to The
Constitution of The United States, especially if it, in any way restricts the
basic rights of any of its’ citizens.
