TESSOLVE Services Private Ltd, Bangalore Designation: Associate Test Engineer Nature of job: Semiconductor Characterization Job description: Analysis of test plan using schematics as per customer requirement, Project ~ EPMC (embedded power management center), TI. Building platform to initialize characterization of several blocks such as LDO regulator (power supply unit) on SOC. Setting up Hardware configuration from analysis, modifying motherboard components as per test requirements avail from test plan. Manually testing the automation procedure and working of the characterization process. Building software program using tool NI TestStand to automate the characterization. Running mock characterization tests such as Line regulation, Load regulation under forced variable temperatures and final run for production testing. Typical manual testing of LDO block on SOC for transient response such as capturing peak over shoot, etc. Collection of data from test result, correlating result with customer data and building reports.
