located at Goregoan. It basically processes on
metal sheets and small metal parts which are
used in electrical equipments. It provides
various shapes to metals to turn them more
ergonomic.It deals with BRIGHT STAR LTD.
which provides metal parts to companies like
VIDEOCON,MARUTI UDYOG LTD. etc.

Plant structure
The entire plant is divided into parts
such as Inventory unit,Processing
unit,Quality control unit and Processed
goods unit.It contains:
1) One Electronic Dye Making Machine
2) One Electronic Press Machine
3) Ten manually Press Machine
4) Powder Coating Unit

 It processes on metal sheets. various
curves and shapes are given to small
metal parts so that they can be used
for making various products.
 It give threads to metal parts for use
of fittings.
 All the processed goods are powder
coated in the powder coating unit.
Inventory
As it is a processing plant it works for
company called BRIGHT STAR LTD. As per
their contract they cannot work for any other
company.Hence the raw materials supplier
and the finished goods customer are one and
the same.Bright Star Ltd. provides inventory
every week so it is stored in the inventory
warehouse situated in the plant. The raw
materials is provided on weight basis.Hence it
is weigh outside the warehouse.

 25 workers work in the processing unit as
per shifts.
 5 quality control officers work on quality
measurement.

 2 workers in semi finished goods

 5 workers in powder coating plant
Machines
 Electronic Dye making machine is seven
years old well maintained every two
months.
 Electronic press machine is five years old
maintained every there months.
 Manually press machine are ten years old
maintained as needed.
 Powder coating bakery is 2 years old
maintained by manufacturing company’s
engineer.
