Concept: This ad promotes Vitters conservative stance on three key issues that concern Louisiana. Im using party identification as a strategy in this campaign. Liberal Democrats will not be persuaded by this ad, but persuading Conservative Republicans is the goal and that can win Vitter the election. Since he is running as the incumbent he will have the advantage and playing on name recognition is also a good strategy.
