Constitution and By Laws Preamble We, the members of BSU-Math Warriors do hereby establish this constitution in order to present

our ideas and realize our purpose to its fullest extent. Article 1. Name The name of the organization will be the BSu-Math Warriors. Article II. Purpose Section 1 BSU-Math Warriors is established for the purpose of fostering a greater understanding of Mathematics, encouraging undergraduate activity in math research and related mathematical experience, providing a social and intellectual forum to all students interested in experiencing math. Section 2 BSU-Math Warriors understands and is committed in fulfilling its responsibilities of abiding all policies of the University. Article III. Membership Section 1 All students, faculty, and staff associated with Bukidnon State UniversityAlubijid External Studies Center are welcome to become participating members only current undergraduate at Bukidnon State University-Alubjid External Studies Center are eligible to become voting members, and automatically granted voting privileges upon registration with the President. Section 2 Members may voluntarily withdraw their membership by requesting their name to be removed by the registry.

Section 3 BSU-Math Warriors will not discriminate against race, color, creed, disability, or sexual orientation. Article IV. Officer Section 1 There are four executive position in the BSU-Math Warriors: President, Vice President, Secretary and Treasurer. The delegates of last years Search for BSU Math Wizard 2012 decided to create an organization: namely, BSU Math Warriors. We recruited some members of the organization by conducting an examination to test their mathematical skills. We gave them a 50 items examination and they must get a minimum of 75% or at least 37 correct answers.
