Description

The course introduces students to public international law. It aims to assist students to develop an understanding of the issues involved in the regulation of human affairs beyond the State; and to give students a basic working knowledge of the structure of the international legal system and its relationship to the Philippine legal system. The course is meant to equip students with the necessary knowledge to respond adequately to Philippine bar examination questions in the area of public international law. At
