MicroNet Hospitality IT Solutions & Support Helps Enable The UKs First Ordering & Payment App, at Grillshack.

Opened in September 2013, Grillshack already has the food and technology sectors buzzing. Offering the UKs first ordering and payment app and simple touchscreen ordering points (they also have friendly counter service) Sohos media types have embraced the new ways of ordering their food. The work on the restaurants IT needs stem back to May 2013 when Hannah Bass consulted with MicroNet whilst the site was still a shell. MicroNet are never satisfied with supplying 'off the shelf' solutions and thrived on providing Grillshack with a tailored and bespoke solution. In partnership with key third party providers, MicroNet were happy to lend their experience to this project. With their new app ordering service, Grillshack is seriously fast food, ideal for quick meetings, or just a bit of a pit stop for the famished. Now that Grillshack has been successfully opened, MicroNet continues to offer Help Desk Support 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. They are also developing and facilitating new IT solutions for next venture from the Group, Jackson + Rye (Opening December 2013). Hannah Bass, Director of both restaurants, (previously of Hakkasan and ETM Group) said 'MicroNet has worked with us to develop and provide an intelligent, robust and practical IT solution for Grillshack. Our advanced ordering, kitchen management and online/ wireless systems require this reliable back office service to function at the required level.
