Thou art more lovely and more temperate:

You are prettier and more pleasant

Rough winds do shake the darling buds of May,

And summer is really far too short: the sun sometimes is way too hot

Sometime too hot the eye of heaven shines,

And every fair from fair sometime declines, By chance or nature's changing course

Making what should be a pleasant day unpleasant by natural course nature is
unpredictable and will end,

But thy eternal summer shall not fade

But your life shall never fade

Nor lose possession of that fair thou owest;

Nor will your beauty ever be lost

Nor shall Death brag thou wander'st in his shade,

And death shall never reach you and take you into darkness

When in eternal lines to time thou growest:

Because with these lines that I write
