:: 2 :: 5. CENTRAL LIBRARY: Issue of B.Tech II Year ID Cards : All the B.Tech. II year Students are hereby informed that they may collect their New ID cards by submitting the old ID cards. ATTENTION TO STUDENTS APPEARING FOR MID SEMESTER EXAMS: Mid Semester Examinations are scheduled to be conducted from 16.09.2013 to 21.09.2013. Time tables, seating plans have been sent to the Departments for display in the Notice Boards. All the students are requested to note the following:
Students shall not possess mobiles and other electronic gadgets with them while writing the examinations. If any student is found with these items during the examination, whether using or not using, he/she will be sent out of the examination hall by the invigilator and the same is recorded in the answer sheet. A malpractice case will be booked against the candidate. All the students are advised to be seated in their allotted seats atleast 5 minutes before commencement of examination. No students will be allowed into the examination hall half an hour after commencement of examination. All students should carry their new identity card (with hologram) and registration sheet (all students other than freshers) to the examination room. No student shall be permitted to the examination without identity card and registration sheet.

ATTENTION TO STUDENTS APPEARING FOR MID-SEMESTER EXAMS. DUE TO HOSPITALIZATION:

All the students are here by informed that appearing in the mid-semester examinations. 1. If any students misses the mid-semester examinations due to hospitalizations because of serious illness, he/she may submit an application through Head of the concerned Department to Dean (Academic) along with a certificate from the Institute Medical officer that he/she is not in a position to appear for the mid semester examinations on the scheduled day(s). 2. If any student misses that mid semester examination due to a calamity in the family he/she may submit an application to Dean (Academic) through, Head of the Concerned Department and Chief Warden or Dean (Students Welfare). The application along with all necessary enclosures and recommendations should reach the Asst. Registrar (Academic) between 12th September, and 21st September, 2013. The schedule of examinations for these candidates will be decided later.

Applications received before 12.09.2013 or after 21 .09.2013 will not be considered. 8. MINOR TEST: CIVIL ENGG. DEPARTMENT: The I/IV B.Tech Engineering Mechanics 1st Minor Exam for G,H,K,L,M and N sections will be held on Friday 13th September, 2013 from 4.30 to 5.30 PM as per the following seating arrangement plan.
