Tomando como directriz el proyecto Bogotá Bilingüe, el cual tiene como objetivo
que los ciudadanos colombianos sean capaces de comunicarse en Inglés
utilizando estándares internacionalmente comparables (MCE), la Fundación
Universitaria Panamericana brinda a sus estudiantes cursos de inglés que les
permitan afrontar las exigencias del proceso de globalización y que a la vez les
dé acceso a oportunidades laborales y educativas, que les permita comprender e
interpretar su realidad y que finalmente colaboren con el mejoramiento de su
calidad de vida.
Competencia Lingüística:
• Conoce los recursos formales de la lengua como sistema y los utiliza en la
formulación de mensajes significativos en diversas situaciones comunicativas.
Competencia Pragmática:
• Organiza oraciones en secuencias para producir fragmentos textuales.
• Conoce las formas lingüísticas, sus funciones y las encadena en situaciones
comunicativas reales.
Competencia Sociolingüística:
• Conoce las condiciones sociales y culturales que están implícitas en el uso de la
lengua
