IN-DL (enclosed herewith) RENT AGREEMENT This AGREEMENT is made and executed at Delhi on this 27 th September, 2013 BETWEEN SMT. SONIA ARORA wife of Sh. Kulbhushan Arora, resident of D-15A, Mukhram Garden, Tilak Nagar, New Delhi-110018, hereinafter called the LANDLORD/First Party; AND SMT. MANJEET KAUR wife of S. Gurcharan Singh, resident of WZ-30A, Tihar Village, Ashok Nagar, New Delhi-110018, hereinafter called the TENANT/Second party. The expression First Party AND Second Party herein used shall mean and include their respective legal heirs, successors, executors, legal representatives, assigns etc. WHEREAS the First Party is the owner of PROPERTY NO.2/405 (SECOND FLOOR) BACK SIDE, SITUATED AT SUBHASH NAGAR, NEW DELHI110027.

And Whereas on the request of the second party, the first party has agreed to let out TWO ROOM SET AT SECOND FLOOR in the above mentioned property to the second party/Tenant on the following terms and conditions. NOW THIS RENT AGREEMENT WITNESSETH AS UNDER: 1. That the rent of the said rented premises shall be Rs.8,000/(Rupees Eight Thousand only) per month excluding electricity and water charges. 2. That the Tenancy has commenced from 25.09.2013 to 24.08.2014. 3. That the second party has deposit a security amount of Rs.15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand only) to the first party, which is refundable without interest at the time of vacating the tenancy premises. 4. That the Second Party shall not sublet or part with the possession of rented premises to any person/firm etc. 5. That the Second Party shall use the said premises for residential purpose. 6. That the Second Party shall not object whenever the First Party or his/her representative wants to inspect the rented premises during the reasonable hours of the day time. 7. That the First Party has handed over the vacant possession of rented premises to Second Party on the spot. 8. That the Second Party shall not make any alterations/additions/structural changes in the rented premises without the prior written permission of the First Party. 9. That the second Party shall keep the rented premises neat and clean and shall not store any flammable/combustible material in

the said premises. 10. 11. That minor repairs shall be borne and paid by the Second That if any party wants to vacate the said premises before Party and Major repairs by the first Party. expiry of tenancy period, it shall give one month notice in writing to the other party. 12. That when tenancy period expires the Second Party shall have to vacate the said rented premises immediately and hand over vacant, physical and peaceful possession to the First Party. 13. Law.
