Dick Wagner has served the Disaster Restoration industry for over 17 years, providing disaster recovery services to both regional and national clients. He brings expertise in Structural Drying, Contents, Fire and Smoke Restoration. He also brings extensive experience in Personal Contents Inventory and Replacement Cost Pricing for the Insurance Claims Industry. Wagner held the position of Nat'l Sales Rep for an Electronics Restoration Company prior to being promoted to National Sales Manager of the Contents Inventory and Valuation Division. Prior to joining Commercial Drying Technologies, Dick Wagner was the GM for over five years with a regional disaster restoration company in the Midwest. As GM, he was directly responsible for all phases of the business, and actively participated in the review / analysis of the monthly financial reports. He was named National Sales Manager of CDT in March 2007. He is approved in OH, PA & NJ for Insurance CE, and has taught over 2,000 insurance agents, and over 1,000 real estate agents, and over 300 licensed plumbers on Structural Drying, Fire/Smoke Restoration, Contents Restoration and Inventory and Replacement Cost Pricing. The "Marketing to Commercial Prospects," "Weathering the Storm," and "Ramp It Up Now" courses which he developed, are well received and attended regularly in the US. He has spoken at several Franchise groups, IMACC, Jon-Don classes and numerous Planning to Win Symposiums. He specializes in providing oneonone consulting and coaching for disaster response contractors for the past four years helping clients expand into commercial disaster projects profitably.
