Counseled University of Michigan in due diligence when it acquired a research facility from Pfizer. Developed system for, managed, and participated in a team of four attorneys and one paralegal that reviewed, drafted, and negotiated all Michigan based real estate lease contracts for T-Mobile Central. System and performance significantly streamlined clients legal review and delivered 48 hour turnarounds. Negotiated the transfer of multiple industrial real estate facilities to Kentucky governmental units for redevelopment purposes on behalf of a Fortune 500 client; drafted all related contracts. Secured order pursuant to the Federal Communications Act of 1996 mandating city to allow construction of wireless communications tower it refused to permit under municipal special land use ordinances. See T-Mobile Central, LLC v. City of Fraser, 675 F. Supp.2d 721 (E.D. Mich. 2009). Obtained unique advertising sign permits in the City of Detroit for privately held advertising firm, including some visible from inside Comerica Park.
