The undersigned prosecutor accuses Mr. Jayvee Pascual for the crime of Robbery defined and penalized under ART 299 of the Revised Penal Code otherwise known as Robbery in an inhabited house/ Public Building or edifice devoted to worship, committed as follows: That on or about 12 midnight of 17th day of September, 2013, in the City of Olongapo, province of Zambales, Philippines, and within the jurisdiction of this Honorable Court, the above-named accused did then and there willfully, unlawfully and feloniously broke into the house of Ms. Joyce Ann Ibanez . The accused broke the window on the back of the house and stole 150 thousand on the vault of the said house. Contrary to law. Kalaklan, Olongapo City, September 17, 2013.
