Founded in Europe in 1964, EZI today has 64 offices in 38 countries and does business throughout Europe/Middle East, Asia and the Americas. EZI counts many of the worlds largest corporations as its clients. The firm serves them in the areas of senior executive recruiting, board of directors recruiting and corporate governance consulting, and senior executive management appraisal and talent assessment. EZI has 410 management consultants worldwide and is a private partnership owned equally by its partners. All of the firms management consultants have at least one advanced degree and generally have 10-15 years of business experience in line management, strategy consulting or investment banking. Egon Zehnder Information and Research Services Pvt Ltd ( EZIRS ) Egon Zehnder Information and Research Services (EZIRS), is an offshore client servicing unit based out of Unitech Cyber Park, Gurgaon with team strength of 200+. EZIRS is a fully owned subsidiary of EZI and supports the global operations of Egon Zehnder International (EZI). EZIRS was established in January 2005 and offers a comfortable and friendly working atmosphere, a flat, nonbureaucratic organization structure. Title Research Analyst Reporting to Research Associate/Senior Research Associate Department Research Key responsibilities and accountabilities Provide support to EZIs worldwide offices on Assignment and Knowledge Management related projects through leverage of online resources and the EZI proprietary database: Build and develop knowledge base of companies, candidates, and various industry sub segments specific to practice group/vertical across the globe. Company Dossiers (snapshots) - Information packs on companies covering Business overview, Financials, Management details and EZI Relationship. Newsletters - Proactively identify, analyse and synthesise information from global print and electronic sources; identify new sources of information to upgrade the resource pool.

Executive movements and board tracker - Create and maintain systematic pools of rich people/candidate information (by function, by sub-sector, by level, by company, etc). Circulate and capture information on appointments/movements Conduct company mapping exercises - identify executives holding key management roles Talent tracking/Long list of executives - Create biographies for Star/Interesting candidates that are shared with EZIs global clients Board analysis - Analyse board composition of EZI clients by covering parameters such as age, years of service on board, years to retirement, directorships, industry/functional experience of the Board of Directors Database Management: of companies, candidates and EZI relationship in companys propriety database.

Candidate Profile: The ideal candidate will have strong business acumen with an understanding of company structures. The individual must have a very strong client service orientation while being able to meet fast-paced demands. Timing and quality are of the utmost importance to this position. Specifically the ideal candidate will possess the following competencies: A team player, yet able to work independently Outstanding written and oral communication skills Effective interpersonal skills for frequent interaction with internal and external colleagues Self-motivated, energetic and tenacious Inquisitive with a desire to do more constantly raising the bar on his/her own performance Strong ability to be creative, analytical and detail-orientated Manage administrative functions, such as timekeeping and attaching documents to the company database Ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks Strong sense of urgency; has a sense of commitment and responsibility Must be able to meet deadlines Alert, persuasive and flexible

Experience: Minimum 6 months - 1 year of research experience in research organizations, business research outfits, knowledge process outsourcing firms (KPOs) / knowledge management centers, knowledge centres, credit rating agencies, etc. Past experience of interacting / participation in information exchange with global companies on a regular basis would be very useful. Education: MBA/PGDM in Business Management or BA/BE/ B.Tech
