A primary goal of the 4.2.3+ clauses is to become ready for process control, inspection and
testing, control of nonconforming product and material handling.
Also included are the acquisition/creation of all quality system controls such as new procedures,
work instructions, quality records, and all resources required to satisfy new contractual
obligations.
