TOURNAMENT RULES

I.CONSTITUTIONAL RULES
1.1 There shall be 12 teams each divided into four (04) Pools(A, B, C, D).Each team is prior to two matches after which the teams with the highest number of points in each pool will be automatically qualifies for the semi-finals. There shall be four (04) matches per day with the first match kick-off at exactly 12 noon. 1.2 Teams will receive 3points for a win, 1point for a draw and zero for a loss. Tournament placing will be decided by total number of points gained, followed by goal difference, followed by aggregate result between the two teams in question or resolve to penalty kickout 1.3 Teams may register a maximum of 15players ONLY per match (finals inclusive). Players may not transfer their registration to other teams in the course of the tournament. 1.4 Any team playing an unregistered or suspended player will have 1point deducted from their league total. Players playing whilst suspended will further suffer an exclusion from the tournament. 1.5 All teams MUST be on the pitch and ready to begin the match at their allocated kick-off time. A team more than 10minutes late to the kick-off will lose the match to their ready opponents with a 2-0 win. A minimum of 8players present on the pitch is prior to commencement of the match.

II. PLAYING RULES

2.1 Each team MUST have a unique outfit on the pitch (colour) 2.2 Substitution can be made only during a stoppage in play and only with the referees consent. Each team is liable to 4 substitutions ONLY. Change of goalkeeper must be authorised by the referee. 2.3 Each player on the pitch MUST COMPULSORILY be equipped with a footwear. No jewellery is permitted during play. 2.4 The match will consist of two (02) equal minute halves. Each match duration shall be 1H10mins.30minutes for either halves and 10mins for half-period. 2.5 Fare-play and anti-rough play is highly demanded from all players. Just the captains have the right to talk to the referee in the course of the match of which if player will be sanctioned with a card if he does.

III. DISCIPLINARY RULES

3.1 A player sent-off for any reason automatically misses the teams next match. 3.2 Yellow card Rs.20 and Red card shall be Rs.50.Each team shall settle its sanctions before its next match. 3.3 Supporters to any team are liable to sanctions by the referee(s) and/or match officials which the team shall be accountable in case of any misconduct/misbehaviour vis--vis the match being played. 3.4 If a match is abandoned for any reason, the team at fault shall receive a 2-0 defeat unless the opponent already has a greater advantage in which case the score will stand. If both teams are judged to be at fault, then both teams receive a 2-0 forfeit against them. 3.5 The decision of the referee(s) in all matters pertaining to the playing rules of any game is final.
