HOW TO QUALIFY
The qualification period begins 1 November 2013, and runs through 31 March 2014. Qualification for the trip is based on the amount of credits you earn:

HOW TO EARN CREDITS


You may earn trip credits by selling Scentsy Fragrance and Grace Adele product, recruiting new Scentsy Fragrance and Grace Adele Consultants, and by promoting in title and having members of your frontline promote in title.

RECRUITING
Recruiting credits are awarded for personally-enrolled Consultants based on the month the new Consultant promotes to the title of Certified for the first time. The new Consultant must join Scentsy Fragrance or Grace Adele and promote to the title of Certified within the trip qualification period of 1 November 2013 through 31 March 2014. The credit-earning levels for recruiting are:

DEFINITIONS
Definition of a Certified Personal Recruit
A new recruit with an enrolment date from 1 November 2013 through 31 March 2014 who is personally enroled by you during the qualification period and who achieves 1,000 or more points in Personal Retail Volume (PRV) by 31 March 2014. A new recruit who is sponsored by someone else, but rolls up to you, does not count toward personal recruiting points.

Definition of Current
A Consultant is considered current if they have at least 150 points in Personal Retail Volume (PRV) in one month during a threeconsecutive-month period.

Difference Between Rank and Title


Promotion credits are calculated based upon title, not rank. For example, if you achieve the title of Director, you will keep that title, though your rank (the level at which you are paid each month) can change month to month based on your orders. Promoting from Director (Q) back to Director does not qualify for promotion credits.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS


CALCULATING CREDITS
Q. How can I track my performance for the incentive trip? A. Your incentive trip credit totals will show on your automated trip tracker on the home page of your Workstation. Remember, credits for promotions are subject to change until commissions are finalised after the eleventh day of the following month. Q. Can a new recruit earn the trip? A. Yes. A new Consultant can earn the trip as long as they have promoted to the title of Certified Consultant at the time the trip is taken and have achieved enough credits. New Consultants who join between 1 November 2013 and 31 March 2014 will be given start-up credits to jump-start their trip earnings (see qualifications). Q. Can credits be transferred from one Consultant to another? A. No. Although this is a wonderful gesture, we cannot allow Consultants to share credits. Q. If I achieve a new title but I don't maintain the same rank, and I move back up to that rank again during the qualification period, do I get credits for the advancement? A. No. The advancement credits are calculated based upon title, not rank. For example, if you achieve the title of Director, you will keep that title though your rank (the level at which you are paid each month) can change month to month, based on your orders. Q. If I promote to a new title on 10 November, when promotions become official, will I get credits for that promotion? A. No, credits are awarded based on activity that occurs during the qualification period. A promotion that became official on 10 November is based on activity that occurred in October. Q. A. If I help a team member who is not in my frontline promote to a higher title, will it still count toward my credits? No. To earn credits for promotion, the Consultant must be in your frontline. See trip qualifications for specific credits based on the title which your frontline achieves.

Q. If a frontline Consultant leaves Scentsy Fragrance or Grace Adele, and her Consultants roll up to my frontline, do I get the credits when they promote up to a new title? A. Yes, so long as the promotions happen after the original frontline cancels.

RECRUITING
Q. To get the credits for a new recruit, does my recruit have to promote to the title of Certified Consultant in the month I recruited them? A. No. To get credits for a new recruit, the recruit must join and promote to the title of Certified Consultant within the qualification period (1 November 2013 through 31 March 2014). Q. If I sign up three new Consultants in November and they promote to the title of Certified during the qualification period, do I get 18,000 credits? A. Not necessarily. While your recruits must promote to the title of Certified within the qualification period, the credits you receive are based on the month they promote to Certified Consultant, not the month you recruited them. Q. How do I calculate credits for recruiting? A. If one of your new recruits promotes to the title of Certified Consultant in a month, you get 3,500 credits. If you have two new recruits promote to Certified Consultant in the same month, you get 10,000 credits (5,000 each). If you have three new recruits promote to Certified Consultant in the same month, you get 18,000 credits (6,000 each). If you have ten new recruits promote to Certified Consultant in the same month, you get 60,000 credits (6,000 each). For example: If you recruit three new Consultants in December and they all promote to Certified Consultant in January, you receive 18,000 recruiting credits for January. If you recruit three new Consultants in December and they promote to Certified Consultant in different months - one in January, one in February, and one in March - you will receive 3,500 credits for each recruit.

GUESTS
Q. Who am I allowed to bring on the trip as my guest? A. Guests can be anyone who is 18 years or older and is not a Scentsy Fragrance or Grace Adele Consultant. Q. Can I bring my children on the trip? A. This is an adult-only trip and children will not be allowed to attend. The only exception is infants 12 months or younger who are still nursing. Q. Will we be allowed to buy-in a guest if we didn't earn enough credits to bring someone with us? A. Scentsy Family will allow buy-in guests if space permits. These spaces will be available on a first come, first served basis. If you earn enough to bring a guest, you will not be eligible to buy-in a second guest. Buy-in costs will be announced in April. Q. Can I bring more than one guest? A. No. Each Consultant will have the opportunity to earn one additional guest. If we have enough space, those who didnt earn the additional guest will be allowed to buy-in one guest, space permitting. No one will be allowed to bring more than one guest.

FINE PRINT
The prize awarded is for one Consultant. If sufficient credit is earned, that Consultant will also get to bring one guest (guests must be 18 years or older and not currently a Scentsy Fragrance or Grace Adele Consultant). All meals, accommodations, planned activities, air transportation, and transfers to and from the destination will be included. If a Consultant and guest have to cancel for ANY reason after they've registered for the trip, and flights have not been booked, they will receive $500 in product credit in the place of the trip. If a Consultant and guest have to cancel for ANY reason after they've registered for the trip, and after flights credits have been given, they will keep the flight credit to use as their only conciliation.

ELIGIBILITY
The trip is open to current Consultants in Region 3 (Australia). The contest qualification period is 1 November 2013 through 31 March 2014. The deadline for orders to count towards your Personal Retail Volume is 5:59 p.m. on 1 April 2014 (11:59 p.m. (PT) on 31 March 2014). Promotion credits will be finalised when commissions are run and are subject to change until that time. No exceptions will be made. Scentsy PTY LTD reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change these incentive trip programme details or to modify the qualification period and qualifications for any reason Scentsy PTY LTD deems reasonably necessary to carry out the legitimate operation of this incentive trip programme. Scentsy PTY LTD further reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

TRAVEL
You will receive a travel credit for you and your guest (if applicable) after registration to cover the cost of your airfare. More details will be given to those who earn at the time of registration. For those travelling from outside Region 3, additional airfare costs may apply, which may not be covered by Scentsy PTY LTD. Travel expenses incurred from your home to the airport are your responsibility. Rooms are based on double occupancy. Single travellers will be placed with another trip earner. All personal expenses are the responsibility of the incentive achiever. If a Consultant achieves the trip qualifications but either: a) cannot attend the group trip on the specified dates, or b) does not return the Trip Registration Form by the announced close date for registration, then the consolation prize is $500 product credit for suggested retail Scentsy Family products of the Consultants choice. The company will notify trip achievers in April. Trip Registration Forms are due by the announced close date for registration. The Consultant must notify the company via email at events@scentsy.com if they choose to opt out of the trip, taking the $500 product credit instead. In the event the number of trip winners exceeds the companys projections, and thus exceeds the block of rooms reserved at the selected hotels, the company reserves the right to find comparable accommodations for some trip winners. This contest is void where prohibited by law. Fraud constitutes disqualification. The company reserves the sole right to determine the winners. No compensations will be made for any unused portion of the trip. The incentive trip is not transferable, and no earned or unused credits can be transferred to another Scentsy Family Consultant.

OTHER INCENTIVE TERMS


Scentsy PTY LTD reserves the right to substitute another trip of equal or higher value than any announced information or printed collateral. Scentsy PTY LTD reserves the right to audit any information applicable to personal sales, sponsoring, team sales, and promotions and has the right to disqualify the Consultant from the incentive if tampering, fraud, significant compliance issues, or bonus buying has occurred. All incentive qualifications, specification, prizes, and details are subject to change at the discretion of Scentsy PTY LTD. All qualification decisions are final and will be made by Scentsy PTY LTD. Any applicable taxes and reporting requirements will be the responsibility of the award recipient. The purchase of business supplies does not count towards this incentive. All outstanding balances with Scentsy PTY LTD must be completely paid prior to incentive trip being honoured. You must be in current and in good standing with Scentsy PTY LTD at the time the trip is taken. If you earn a trip for two and choose not to bring an adult guest, you will have a private room, but no other consideration will be given. If a Scentsy Family business entity earns the trip, the second person in the entity will be considered their guest.
