mind is not just a cluster of thoughts it is also subtle matter. It is not visible or tangible and its existence is nowhere seen. It has a magnitude which is immeasurable. It does not require a space in which to exist it can travel throughout the body. But it is said that it dwell either in my brain or heart. The mind which operates from my brain is different from that which operates when in my heart. When mind perceives a thing from the brain its output is Yuktartha (Rational) and while it is relating through my heart it is Bhavapurna (Emotional). Mind enters into a dual role and this is how it functions while in my brain and in my heart:Mind thrives on thoughts when in my brain but blossoms into feelings when in my heart. Mind in my brain looks for pleasure while my mind in my heart is happy with pleasant. New treat is what my mind in the brain wants whilst old retreat will make my mind in the heart glad. Mind in my brain has doubts whereas when it is in my heart it flourishes in faith. Mind in my brain breeds arguments but when in my heart it wishes acceptance. Mind when in my brain looks to criticize nonetheless when in my heart it wastes no time to appreciate. When in my brain the mind craves for things while from the heart it only wishes. Mind dwelling in my brain analyses every event however in the heart it understands the event. Mind housed in my brain searches for logics on the other hand when in heart it just wants something to laugh. Mind anchored in my brain divides in contrast when it is in heart it unites.

Mind from the brain wants to see through my senses but the mind in the heart wants to go beyond my senses. Mind in brain provides logic nevertheless when the mind dwells in my heart it offers wisdom. Mind in my brain wants change whereas the mind in my heart seeks for the unchanging TRUTH. Mind in my brain has deceived me many times by promising happiness in future but my mind in heart has saved me many times giving Peace, Contentment, & Happiness HERE and NOW. It is also easy to make my mind transcend to Bhavathita (emotion free) and then from there to Gunathita (quality free) and become Amalah (Crystal Clear)!!! So I have let my MIND remain in my HEART for a long time than allowing it to be in my BRAIN. am I right in doing so??????

Manoj Ji, sorry to be bit harsh..however without viveka and chita which are the attributes of mind...human is not sane..while on the other hand people who depend and act on the impulsive behaviour of the heart tend to over react or under react..all said and done this is my personal experience...and what matters is what works for an individual

All Agar pet kharab rahata hai to saare rogon ka ghar bana leta hai...isi tarah man ke pet mein bhi kharabi ho sadde gandhe pan(jealousy heatred lust etc etc) ko andar dalta hai... Heart/dil bechara baar baar bure gas ko badal ke accha gas pump karte rahata hai ...isi tarah man ka heart/dil bhi karta hai(prem karuna ).. rahi baat brain ki bechaara confuse ho jaata hai kiski suno dil ki ya pet ki ..kyonki decision lena to dimaag ka kaam hai ...jab pet bole to dil ki nahi chalati aur dil bole to pet ki nahi chalti ..bas vaha ek nashe mein rahata hai jisaka nasha gehara usake sang mann/brain lega phera ... jo jaada khata hai vo jaada bhogana chahata to lusty(not only of sex but of others too) bhi banata hai...jab apani iccha ko poora na kar paaye to dwesh ko bhej deta jisane krodh ko bulata hai aur ant me brain ko signal deta hai ae brain ja vo tu kar... so khana to majboori hai sharir ke liye hona hai...lekin/kintu/parantu keval/only sharir ki hi chaaha ke kaaran jo khata hai museebat vod leta hai... sharir ki iccha/vasana hone se usaki kamiyaan poori karni padti hai jisake liye duso ka madad lena padta hai...jisase relation vagaira vagaira ban aage samsaar khada ho jaata hai... ha ha ha thanks!!!

Dear Sreeram Manoj Kumar Jee...........Greetings in GOD'S LOVE. You have nicely described the functioning of mind . I like it . Lord Krishnna Jee is kind to all but granted his friendship to Arjun & Sudama Jee. When King Aurangjeb desired everyone to follow ISLAM & ordered forceful conversion of HINDUS following HINDU religion into Islam , Lord Krishhnna Jee did not come though he had promised to come again as & when HINDU religion was to face crisis of existence . Ajeet ji as far as i know Lord Krishna never said he will come to protect Hindu Dharma but DHARMA when it is declining....... Lord Krishna loves every creation which follows Dharma even if he is a Hindu or Muslim or Christian or a Sikh or a Jew....... and as His follower i too love every single creature created by Him ........ Thank you Ajeet ji ....... No religion is bad and no philosophy is wrong if read and understood by relating each other instead if one tries to compare it with one another there is misunderstanding that crops up in the mind of the individual ........ Hatred no its an innocent one ....its the brain does this....you know hatred jealousy these qualities come out of security(secure thoughts)....and security means we need logic means dividing ... we differentiate with others means divide with others just because of ego .... and ego uses intellect for this ..you can see so many politics/armies developing their own weapons is just because of this hatred and security is the main reason for this .. but for the love ...as heart says and as symbol of love then how could it be ..hates to other...Arjun was full of attachment with his brothers kith and keens....so his mind was deluded why to war just for the sake of land...but the problem was not for attachment even Krishna too offered peaceful settlement but for conquering dharma against adharma...intellect was needed ..that's why Krishna told give me your mind ....i will gift you a pure intellect... thanks!!
