PH Meter DKK Installation, commissioning and maintenance of PH meter. Varian GC 450 Recently I installed Varian GC 450 with vendors in our shift lab, for the analysis of fuel & process gases. We used Helium gas as a carrier. Shimadzu GC I also coordinate with shift lab Shimadzu Gas Chromatograph which has Helium as a carrier gas and also maintenance with them. Most of the time we regenerated molecular sieve column. Oxygen Analyzer (Thermox 2000) It works on Zirconium Oxide principle. Instrument air is used as span gas 20.91% Zero gas is 0.15%. Sensor cleaning carried out every six months. Calibration is performed once per week. Range 0~5% Oxygen.
