Last up date 01 September 2013 Guidance to fill the assessment form Respondent are required to complete two forms,

data sheet (1) and assessment forms (2). Data sheet provides information on the site, characteristics and management objectives. Assessment form contains six element of IUCN-WCPA Framework to assess management effectiveness, whereas these are further broken down into a number of indicators that could be verified in the field based on evidence/fact finding or interview with respondent during field visit. This process is similar to field assessment or audit for management performance. However, there will be no scoring involved instead of information that should be clearly described by the respondent. The guidance to fill the assessment form is available in a separate sheet. This will be distributed along with the two forms of data sheet and assessment. Contact person
