It is trustworthy & reliable company of the Pakistan as it is the user friendly and it provides the customers to connect with the whole world through its latest technology. PTCL is all set to redefine the established boundaries of the telecommunication market and is shifting the productivity frontier to new heights. Today, for millions of people, we demand instant access to new products and ideas. More importantly we want them for their better living standards with increased values in this ever-shrinking globe of ours. We are setting free the spirit of innovation. USER REQUIREMENT DEFINATION:

Employee:Every employee should have separate login from where they can get access to everything which is required according to their designation. e.g. Administrators should have access everything and everywhere and can give privileges to any of the employee, while managers should have access to something different ,similarly the data entry operators should only have access to enter data ,they wont be allowed to do any other kind of operations after logging in. Customers:Customers should only have access to view the new promotions on the main page while they will see static pages every time they visit. They should have see new packages, promotions, products should be visible to customers and whoever visits our home page. Administrator:Only administrators should have the access to give privileges to other employees as well as can show or delete the data. Administrators can only monitor every person. Bill Checking and Printing:All the customers can view their billing history as well as they can print their bills, as well as they can pay online bills using PayPal or alert pay.

 Number Checking & Entering :Data entering operators can login and enter the details of new numbers which are registered as existing customers or new customers. Also managers of the specified branch can view the details of the numbers of the customers and their all history. Online Registration For new Comers:Those who are not our customers can become our customers by filling online form, which will make them our customers. Customer Services:There should be a system which will allow our customers to contact the customer relation officer so that any problem faced by our customers can sort out the problem and give the best solution according to the automated system. The service should be provided on the website which will allow to call the customer or can chat with the officer.
