VEHICULAR CIRCULATION
In Vietnam context, the nature of transportation for the
students are primarily motorbikes. There is therefore more
parking area will be allocated for such means of transport.
All parking, open or covered will be provided on the ring
road adjacent to each of the faculty blocks but facing the
gable end to minimize noise impact.
PARKING STRATEGY
While the main vehicle circulation is located at
the peripheral, they play an important role in
providing access to the site, linking to a network
of pedestrian walkways, which are designed to
be accessible by emergency vehicles as well.

HUBS
The pedestrian circulation network defines the
part of the university characteristics. At the
edge of the site, a sidewalk moves around the
site accompanied by the ring road to serve the
parking spaces provided at the edges of the
site. Boulevards were incorporated to define a
substantial link between the sidewalk and the
interior of the campus.
