HELP GOD MAKE YOU WELL
The story of creation tells how God created all
things in six periods of time, and then rested. In
no record of the creation is there any reference to
God coming out of the rest, and creating anything
again.
Since mind is the source of all things, we know
God is an infinite essence of perfect intelligence
at rest, or everywhere through space and time in a
static state.
Knowing that you are encompassed in this mind of
God, that this pure essence of life permeates every
atom of your being, and that you are physically
manifesting God here, will give you the ability to
use God.
God loves to be needed, loves recognition, loves
to respond to those who are involved in conditions
that require help.
God being at rest, neutral, in a static state,
needs to be activated in order to respond to mans
many requirements. God responds in many ways in
times of crisis, like giving a man the super-human
strength to lift a wrecked car off of another person.
Since God ended the creation, and gave man
"dominion over all things", and the right of free
choice, you are in a position to command and select
to improve, or maintain, your dominion. God doesn't
like beggers who come crying for help, only turning
to God when they hurt, as if God was a first-aid kit.
When your health is impaired, or injury afflicts
you, most people in their suffering try to reach God
for help by praying to someone "up there".
Expand your concept of God being here, and up
there, and everywhere, throughout the infinite uni-
verse. Then grasp the fact that you are a creation
of God, and when you hurt, God hurts where you are.

Every gene, chromosome, molecule, and cell, in your
body performs it's electro-biochemical function here in
order, coordination, cooperation, and effect, without
voluntary thought on your part.
Every cell in your body, lOo,ooo,ooo,ooo,ooo them
in one human body, knows their function and purpose,
because God is where they are. In essence God's mind
knows all things, so the pells know what they were :
created to do, and use that portion of mind they
occupy. To us, the cells work involuntarily on our
part, but to God they are following the instructions
of their purpose in
Every one of your body cells are individuais, like
people are individuals. Didn't God give you dominion
over all things? Those cells are you. They feel every
thought you have. They enjoy your happiness. They
suffer when you hurt. 1
Those poor combinations of cells that compose your
physical body, were not given dominion over anything.
They can only perform within the limits of the functions
God created them for. Each one, in different octaves
of resonance, works with others in the same octave to
be a heart, a kidney, artery structure, and all parts
of the body. In this symphony of octaves, they perform
in being the organ, or gland, their vibration is in God.
They get tired, they fail under demands in excess
of their limits, and their only rest is in absorbing '
that rest of God's mind they are in. They each want
to live as much as people do.
Cells being in the infinity of mind, like to be
praised, and loved, and respected the same as people do.
You are on this world, the earth. Their world is in
you. Each cell is composed of galaxies of atoms, and
solar systems of molecules, like the universe on a
micro scale. You are a universe of universes in an
infinite universe of planets, solar systems, and gal-
axies. You are a cell in God, on a planet.
God made you as an eternal electro-magnetic entity
to assimilate these combinations of cells here, because
the environment on the earth requires a physical body
for you to manifest here. Each person is a center of
activity in the static mind of God where you are.

God is the still resting fulcrum, the balance
in mind between the two choices he gave to man.

laws, in the essence of the perfect mind of God.

In your body of cells, like people, they like a
thought of thanks, a "pat on the back" so to speak, for
their endless effort to keep your physical body going.
How many people ever express their appreciation to this
vast civilization of cells they are composed of?
, Cells can only assimilate that atomic structure
which is within their frequency limits. Anything in
excess, or foreign to their frequency is injurious.
In this respect they are like a human stomach. That
portion of infinite mind cells occupy, established their
resonance and that is all they can be.
Brains are a bipolar gland of receptive and projec-
tive abilities in the volume of mind they occupy.
Brains are an octave of cells that can only be brains.
When a person thinks, they only activate the brain
to receive that thought, out of the infinite mind of
God that knows everything. The brain can only remember
those things a person programs into it through education
and experience. In meditation one tries to clear the

stored inf orna tion and bring the brain into the neutral-
ity of its bipolar ability of free choice.
The better one can meditate to the balance point,
or a state of blank mind, the nearer one gets to God
and assimilates from this perfect mind. One is only
capable of extracting from this perfect mind of God,
those things which the brain limits of concept can re-
ceive. Periodic, frequent practice enhances these
concept boundaries. Meditation is the purest state of
rest that your brain cells can get.
The most intellectual materialist can be a spiritual
idiot. Spiritual dominion over all things requires
desire and effort. God doesn't let you use God's
infinite mind beyond the rights God gave you; neither
will God permit mind to be used to uncreate the ori-
ginal creations, without God's fixed laws bringing
about reciprocation to the act.

If you are sick, or hurt, in some part of your body,
focus your thcughts on that area. Then think to the
cell structure, thank thbse cells, compliment them,
apologize to them for not realizing they were intelli-
gent. Get them to be friendly, like you get people to
be friends. Then communicate your request that they
get in harmony and resonance and correct what is wrong ,
in their area. Think to them periodically. Recognize
their corrununity level of .life which makes up you .' Tell
them they are in discord with that portion of perfect
mind they occupy. Tell them to get on the ball, be-
cause if you die, they all die too. Give them credit
for the intelligence of being what they are. Brag them
up. They will respond if you have stopped the excess,
or condition that made them sick.
Broken bones have been grown back together in
minutes by people who understand their dominion over
the society of self. This also can be l used for others
by picturing in mind what they look like and where .they
are.
When God gave man the right of free choice, God
. expected man to use it. When God rested, God expected
man to awaken God when need required it.
t Get on the ball! Love yourself! Laugh! Do all
things in moderation. Be happy. The civilization of
cells which compose you will respond if you treat them
like they are somebody, which you are. God is bored
with rest. Use God.
SPACE CONVENTION
The 1 7 ~ Annual Space Convention is to be held at
Giant Rock Airport, on October 10 and 1 1 ~ . This is
a personal activity of George W. Van Tassel, who
operates the airport.
The Ministry of Universal Wisdom, Inc., is not
associated with this activity in any responsible capa-
city, although we will have a booth at the convention.

HERE AND IN RUSSIA
It is amazing how the people in various parts of
the world react differently to the same things.
There is a new book out entitled, "Psychic Discoveries
Behind the Iron Curtain'', by Sheila Ostrander and Lynn
Schroeder. It is published by Prentice-Hall, Inc., of
Englewood Cliffs, New Jersey. The price is $8.95.
This book is well done and reveals many things to
the reading public that were not in print before.
It is too bad that Sheila and Lynn didn't write the
same type of book about the United States first,
because some of the experiments they attribute to the
Russians as their discoveries, were done by us 30 to
40 years ago.
There is a whole chapter on "Pyramid Power and The
Riddle of the Razor Blades". (Page 356). Patent num-
ber 91304 was issued in 1959 to Mr. Karel Drbal, in
Czechoslovakia, on a small pyramid to keep razor blades
sharp. In the United States, Vern Cameron of Elsinore,
California, was doing this, and printed bulletins on
it, in 1940. We corelated some of our research here
with Vern in the early 1950's and found additional
uses that the pyramid could perform. Recently
your Editor was ridiculed in the Los Angeles Times
newspaper, for printing data in the "Proceedings" on
how to use the pyramid principle for removing smog in
the Los Angeles basin. What the "Times" didn't know,
or find out, was that we had already demonstrated that
all atomic structure; razor blades, insects, worms,
meat, hydrocarbons, smog, gases, solids and fluids,
are affected by the pyramid energy In the
"Proceedings" of February 1st, 1954,
I printed data on the pyramid as an energy generator.
So let Los Angeles keep their smog.
Sheila and Lynn printed data, starting on page 158,
on research conducted by Nikola Kozyrev on "time
stretch". Kozyrev believes that "time is a form of
energy". We have used time functions in our research

and agree with Kozyrev, tha t time can be stretched and
compressed, not as an energy, but as the changing of
a period of natural actions. We discovered, as a side
effect of one test, that time in the. atomic decay
period could be compressed instantly. Theory-wise we
believe we can eliminate the time period between the
atomic decay of gold and lead and convert lead into ,
gold instantly. We have already done this with another
material. '
Sheila and Lynn write also about "eyeless sight" in
Russia. Margaret Foos demonstrated this for years
over here at the at Giant Rock, and on
television in the 1950's.
In the chapter on U.F.O.'s and P.S.I. on page 93,
the authors write about Russian data that we had in
print in the "Proceedings" in 1954, 55, and 56.

On page 372, Lynn and Sheila tell of Dr. Julius .
Krmessky's research on an energy that "goes right
through glass, water, wood, cardboard, any type of
metal, even iron, and it's strength doesn't diminish
at all. Furthermore, the Mind seems to control this
energy." How many years have-we been printing articles
on this in the "Proceedings"? Since 1954.
The Russians, call the Spirit the Bioplasmic Body.
This is so their science will not get into religion
and become contaminated.
This book, by Sheila Ostrander and Lynn Schroeder,
reveals more real information on experiments, facts,
life, and forces we label E.S.P. and other names, than
any other single book. A copy should be in every
thinking persons home.
While these researches- go on in Russia, financed
and aided by authority, over here we are still ridi-
culed and persecuted.
When the "Integratron" is finished we will reveal
phenomena beyond the imagination, besides regeneration
and it's basic purposes.
Some of our scientific authorities should visit the
Library of Congress in Washington, D.C., and study all
of the back issues of our

From Denmark::
Policeman Photographs "Flying Saucer". By Jens Thomsen -
(London Express Staff Reporter).
Copenhagen, Aug. 16 -- Policeman Ewald Hansen Maarup
from Haderslev in Southern Jutland has photographed a
Flying Saucer during a routine highway patrol.
Hensen, 38, said that the engine of his car stopped
and the police radio went dead when his car was hit by
a strong light from above.
Before he left the car to inspect the light source,
he pressed the button controlling the automatic cameras
mounted inside the automobile.
The temperature in the car rose, Hansen remembered.
Outside, he saw a dark object in the sky, and sudden-
ly he sensed that the light rays were being sucked into
the object and it disappeared.
Immedistely after, the car engine fired once more and
the radio began to function.
Hansen called headquarters and reported the pheno-
menon.
When developed, the film showed a small white dot
and p a rt of the crash barrier at the roadside was
illuminated by a sharp light from above.
The film was g iven to the Danish Air Force, which
will undertake an investigation into the matter.
The Danish UFO expert, Maj. H. Pedersen of the
Danish Air Force, said that the spaceship was of the
Adamski type often seen in Denmark.
From the Moon:
Astronaut Richard Gorden revealed that plants grow
three to four times faster in "moon dust" than they do
with normal earth soil. Rocks from the Moon caused
three types of earth bacteria to die also.

From Space::
Space instrumentation from balloons and rockets
reveals that radiation from far beyond the solar
impinges on the outer level of the earth's atmosphere
above the hundred mile level. This causes a glow in
the infra-red spectrum.
Theory indicates it inay come from our own U.ilkyway
or other galaxies.
This is the linear energy that exists in all space
that we printed data on in the "Proceedings" in 1954.
Wait until the experts find out it is responsible for
all orbital and revolution motions, and powers solar
systems and galaxies, as we printed it 16 years ago.
From Earth Cities:
We asked in the "Proceedings" several years ago, if
the experts had studied results of the addition of
enzymes to detergent cleaners? Apparently they had
not, or didn't care, because now it is being discovered
that these enzymes are causing scum and sludge that
interfers with sewage treatment plants.
The House Goverment Operations Committee has
recommended that these detergents be removed
from the market. The high phosphate content contri-
butes to ageing in bodies of water, and skin poisoning
for people.
The cities affected by enzyme sewage problems are:
San Diego;. Ann Arbor; Tucson; Phoenix; Miami; Milwaukee;
Green Ridge; Greenwich, Conn; and }fanassas, Va.

We are sorry to have to report to our readers that
all work at the Integratron has ceased due to lack of
funds.

Work on compiling the past 17 years of the
"Proceedings" into a book, and other necessary work,

RECIPHOCATION OF l"IVE 20 YEAR CYCLES?
Both Presidents, Lincoln and Kennedy, were concerned
about civil rights. Lincoln was elected in 1860;
Kennedy in 1960. Both were slain in the presence of
their wives, and on a Friday. Both were shot from behind,
and in the head.
Their successors, both named Johnson, were southern
Democrats, and both were in the Senate. Andrew Johnson
was born in 1808 and Lyndon Johnson was born in 1908.
John w. Booth was born in 1839. Lee H. Oswald was born
in 1939. Booth and Oswald were southerners favoring un-
popular ideas. Booth and Oswald were both slain before
going to trial.
Both Presidents wives lost children through death
while in the White House. Lincoln's Kennedy
in name, advised him not to go to the theatre. Kennedy's
secretary, Lincoln in name, him not to go to
Dallas. John W. Booth shot w ncoln in a theatre, and ran
to a warehouse. Oswald shot Kennedy from a warehouse,
and ran to a theatre. -
The names, Lincoln and Kennedy, each contain 7
letters. The names Andrew Johnson and Lyndon Johnson
each contain 13 letters. The names John Wilkes Booth
and Lee Harvey Oswald each contain 15 letters.
" Every President elected in a year ending in zero,
has died in office. "

THAT INFINITE MEDIUM
Now that science is verifying God all over the place,
it begins to look like we could have a heaven on earth.
Of course as long as people accept God in the image of
humans, their limited concept will keep God up there, .
and us down here.
Limited brains in scientific areas will also reject
these unlimited findings because they don't want anyone
to rock their sta tus-quo boat. Baxter's research in
plant-animal communication is not only upsetting the
orthodox science boat, but it is draining the oceans off
that the boat floated on.
This research alone has verified principles we have
been trying to express in the

years. This research has already proven there is an
infinite static mind. It has exploded the theory ot
evolution. It has established a medium that is instant
regardless of distance in thought communication, and it
has resolved that this static medium is neutral.
Efforts by others to tie it to atomic radiation
failed, when they found it works through lead shielding
as if the lead weren't there. Tests to prove it was
electrical failed when it worked as well in a Faraday
Cage as it did outside of it. Galen Hieronymus proved
it worked to the moon and behind it with the Apollo
flights. '
Every atom functions by it. Genes, enzymes,
chromosomes, cells, and assemblies of these, function
by it, and use it. Crystals of the mineral world
follow it's direction and form differently as elements,
and the same in all given catagories of the elements.
Vines follow it's laws in helicle growth. Vegetation
follows the laws of it's purpose for them. Insects,
birds and fish use it's directions to navigate by.
Galaxies, solar systems, and planets, follow it's laws
in perfect order.
The only thing that apparently doesn't follow it's
perfect laws, are humans. They want to follow their own
systems in opposition to it, or in disregard of it.

Look at the mess the human systems have gotten them-
selves into. Computers are only as good as the people
who program them.
Legislation fails, economy fails, wars are never won
as there is a loss on both sides. Governments collapse.
Everything humans make wears out. Prayers aren't
answered. The word peace, is a hypocritical expression.
How did the planet get into the condition it is in?
The people violate all of the laws of nature. They
refuse to follow the Golden Rule. They are on an
ac'ce'lerating road to oblivian because they can't grasp
the fact that God's laws are They foolishly
say, "God is dead". This is admission that there was a
God to die.
No, God isn't dead. God is in every atom, molecule,
and cell of your body, intelligently coordinating
these billions of billions of individual functions, or
you couldn't manifest life as a person here.
Something with absolute intelligence has to make all
of these things work. Birds are perfect navigators.
Bees are the best of engineers. All of them are perfect
meterologists.
The only bull-headed, backward, living entities on
this planet, are humans. Nothing in the plant, fish,
insect, or animal world, has anything so stupid as an
economic system. They never hold elections. They have
no race, color, or creed conflicts. They only do what
God made them to do.
Humans in rebellion against God's perfect systems in
all other things, think they are going to do it better
than God does it.
Astronauts in orbit? We are all in orbit around the
Sun on this planet. There isn't anything humans can do
that God hasn't been doing for billions of years.
This isn't the first civilization that made military
weapons to enforce the peace. The remanents of the
others are all over the earth. How high can one go in
this earthly society? High enough to be President and
get shot? High enough in education to get drafted and
be killed? High enough to be looked up to by underling

illiterates? High enough in wealth to retire and stop
serving?
What is the goal of humans? Every living thing on
the planet conforms to it's God given purpose except
humans. Why? The answer lies in the fact that for
generations the system has been contrary to the laws of
God.
Greed on the part of those who have. Desire for
power on the part of those who are not qualified for
power. Rule by force instead of love. Correction
by confinement, or fines, instead of correction of the
conditions. Everything designed to whip people into
line instead of coaxing them into order. Everything
connected with God is free, and everything concerned
with people, costs.
Bureaucracy is killing itself. Th turnips
no more blood. This infinite essence called God, saw .
the possibility of this in the beginning, and created
laws of reciprocation to maintain balance. Humans have
pushed their pendulum too high, too long, and now they
are running out of push.
The immediate future holds nothing but the downswing
of the pendulum, and it is coming down fast. Are you
in it's reciprocal path, or is God in you?
HONOR
Your director, w. Van Tassel, was honored
by nomination and approval, to be listed as one of
the outstanding people in the West.
The book "Personalities of the West and Midwest",
which comes out annually, cites his background on
page 284.

ELECTRIC HEAT DISSIPATION
A recent article in "Design News", of October 271b,
1969, is of interest because it opens a new field in
electrostatics. This article, written by Lars G.
Soderholm, midwest editor, is outstanding because
Inter-Probe, Inc., of North Chicago, I l l ~ who con-
ducted the tests, were as puzzled as we were when we
ran into a similar condition in 1958.
Our associate, also in Chicago, was nearly blinded
by an unforeseen side-effect. Tests in electrostatics
produce unexpected results, because as the "Design
' News" article says, "electrostatics generally is not
well understood because of its existence in the shadow
of the more common electromagnetic systems."
Inter-Probe, Inc., demonstrated that a negative
charged electrostatic spray on ordinary kleenex
tissue would prevent it from burning, or even show
scorching, with a 3000 butane torch aimed at it. The
positive wire was connected to the torch. "The
developer says that present knowledge cannot adequate-
ly explain this heat-transfer phenomenon, alt hough
several theories appear to offer at least a partial
explanation." They also cooled a heated steel tube t
and a heater coil by the same application.
Our theory on this is that the electron flow
serves as a radiator and carries off the heat faster
than it can be generated.
This being a side effect, it was not followed up
by us in our research.
