If you attended any of our previous workshops and did not have a complete application: All your documents from those workshops. All new attendees: Your green card, all current and expired passports, and two (2) passport-style photos. A list of your addresses and when you lived there, and your work and school history (last 5 years). A list of all trips and travel dates outside the U.S. since becoming a permanent resident. Information about your current spouse, ALL prior marriages for you and your spouse, and ALL your children (name, address, date/place of birth, date/place of marriage, SSN, immigration status and A#, if any). If you have been arrested: Bring ALL arrest and court documents, even if charges were dropped or record expunged. Application Filing Fee: Check or Money Order for $680.00 made out to US Department of Homeland Security (If 75 or older, only $595), UNLESS you qualify for a fee waiver*. *Fee Waivers: If you cannot afford the filing fee, you may qualify for a fee waiver. You must bring documents such as pay stubs, tax return and/or recent written proof that you receive public benefits, like SSI, Medi-Cal, food stamps, WIC, CalWorks, cash aid, general assistance, etc. Men only: If you were living in the U.S. between the ages of 18 and 26, please bring evidence of Selective Service registration if you have it.
